News and Announcements
The California National Primate Research Center (CNPRC) Pilot Program invites Letters of Intent by February 15, 2016 for pilot project proposals to support basic and translational research using nonhuman primates (rhesus macaque and titi monkeys) for the 2016-2017 funding period. Questions may be emailed to the Associate Director of Research: lmiller@ucdavis.edu. [Learn more]
Since the inception of RISE and IFHA, the Office of Research has received feedback that the interdisciplinary connections and collaborations that resulted from discussing and submitting a proposal were very beneficial. We are currently planning to host multiple research-themed networking events for faculty and researchers to provide a forum for such continued exchanges, and we request your help in identifying research themes of interest. Please click here to add your ideas.
The Interdisciplinary Research Support team will hold Grant Writing Drop-In Office Hours to address any questions you have about finding funding, interpreting an RFP, or developing a proposal. The 2016 Winter/Spring Office Hours will be held in 3053 Wickson Hall from 12:00-2:00 PM on January 27, February 10 & 24, March 9 & 23, April 6 & 20. Contact Bridget Gruber at bgruber@ucdavis.edu with questions.
