This single-story “cortijo” (country house), is a 85m2 construction, set on a plot of rural land of 3.210m2. This fully furnished house is distributed with three bedrooms, kitchen/lounge with wood-burning stove and bathroom/toilet. Additionally, the house has a 26m2 garage attached to the property. The property is in the Parque Natural and is uniquely served by both mains electricity and mains water. Outside there is a large patio with wood store area, stone-built picnic table and benches and a swimming pool. The pool has an electric pool-filter system. All the furniture is in good condition and relatively new.
South of the property there is a large orchard with 22 (approx) fruit trees and some large poplar trees. Above the property is a bank of grass/trees stretching up to the track that serves the property from the village. The track has recently been improved and is now concrete all the way past us from the village. The property also has rights to the “acequia”, the local system for legally storing water for irrigation in the large concrete tank above the property.
The views from the property are extensive, looking south across the Contraviesa Hills and to the Mediterranean Sea. The Sierra Nevada mountains climb high to the North.
You may know the area well but any advert can’t mention the walking, bird-watching scenery, besides its proximity to the sea, skiing and Granada itself.
