Meet Your Lineup!!

Day 1 – Friday, December 30

4B – This past year, east coast producer, 4B, has been releasing trap banger after banger. He has been very active in the studio, releasing tons of new music this year. His remix of Fetty Wap’s “My Way” with Flosstradamus and his VIP versions of his original tracks have been gaining him heaps of attention. To celebrate this holiday season, 4B was featured in Mad Decent’s “A Very Decent Christmas” where his track, “Carnival,” takes a unique approach on one of today’s most recognized Christmas tunes.

Corporate Slackrs – Breaking down the barriers with their non-specific style of producing, Corporate Slackrs do not really fit in with the second half of their name. The two have an understanding for their fellow musician’s talents with their ability to reconfigure any ole’ tune into their own masterpiece. “Unexpected,” their first original release on SoundCloud, is a fresh yet heavy sound. The track gives you a better idea on what to expect from their Decadence set.

Deadmau5 – On that note, we’ll also be welcoming the one and only Deadmau5 to Phoenix for day one of the event. If you take a look at his SoundCloud page, you’ll notice he is one of the few electronic artists that only display the previews of their tracks. This is just one of the many moves the well-versed musician has made that speaks for his non nonchalant personality. In order to see what he’s made of, catch Deadmau5 in all his glory on day one of Decadence.

Disclosure – On that note, London-based blood brothers, Disclosure, are also bringing their musical capabilities to Chandler. For being such a young pair, the two have gained traction in the scene with their hits, “Latch” and “You & Me.” Since then, numerous artists have come out with their own interpretation of the two hits, but it’s obvious that the originals will always be the most credible version.

Green Velvet – Green Velvet will be joining us from Chi-Town to bring some tech-house elements to the table. Just about every month this year, Green Velvet has released a new version of his Relief Podcast. Each 30-minute mix leaves a refreshing taste in your mouth. His green mohawk and funky style will bring a specific touch to the event, leaving listeners fascinated by his presence in addition to this performance.

The Him – Bringing you some friendly electronic features is The Him. These Amsterdam natives have been touring the world playing show after show to promote their load of new music that has surfaced. Just to show, photos of the two making music flood their social media accounts. Get excited for the two to bring a compilation of their recent music on December 30.

Malaa – Who is Malaa? Well, we’re not so sure. The masked mystery man had his first performance in Paris not too long ago, and has since kept listeners wondering about his identity. His entire setup is engaging because his music is just as dark as his appearance. Artists such as Tchami, DJ Snake, and Mercer have shown their ultimate support for Malaa, proving his ability to join their crew of superior music smarts.

Marshmello – Anyone that doesn’t know this fluffy, disguised enterprise is missing out. Ever since Marshmello began his career, followers have been dying to know who is under the mello head. He is the prime example of what branding can do for one’s career. In addition to brand awareness, Mello has an exceptional sense of music style. He has proven his worth on his latest tour, selling out most of the shows around the U.S. Without a doubt, Marshmello is one of the most followed producers of this year.

Ookay – California-based producer and DJ, Ookay, has been impressing us all with numerous appearances on the Beatport charts. Ever since he started producing his own music, he’s been turning heads with his ability to throw any listener for a loop. Both his remixes and originals have such diverse sounds it’s hard to even categorize his work. Unless you’ve been following him since the beginning, there’s no way to distinguish which pieces of music belong to him.

Porter Robinson – Decadence AZ is honored to have Porter Robinson take the stage. What better way to bring in the new year than with some Porter? This time around, this graceful guy is bringing his controller for a dj performance. Who knows what Porter will impress us with this year, for you never know what to expect out of one of his sets besides the fact that it’ll be top of the line.

Pusher – As soon as you turn on Pusher’s newest EP, New Laces, you enter a world of familiar sounds. He triggers the feeling of nostalgia with clips from the Teletubbies, the Powerpuff Girls, and other noises from many of our childhoods. The EP’s artwork keeps the cartoonish presence consistent as the rest of the EP is a cheerful masterpiece. Hear some of the tunes dropped in his set at Decadence this weekend.

Sam Feldt – Sam Feldt is landing in Phoenix for day one of Decadence all the way from The Netherlands, and he’s bringing us some much-needed tropical house. With his new single, “What About Love,” energy levels are high as his tropic-inspired beats tune in with the female vocals. All of his tracks have a welcoming vibe to them, and his mixes take you for a delightful ride using some of his personal favorites. As soon as Sam hits the stage, be prepared for the rush of joy being washed over you and the squad.

Slushii – Recently entering the scene with his off the wall remixes and powerful marketing techniques, Slushii has made a name for himself using his colorful presence. The perfect example of what he is capable of is his remix of Phiso’s “Jotaro.” Just when you thought you’ve heard enough of the track, Slushii comes out with this fresh flip to remind you how worthy the track is. Other than that, Slushii has come out with some refreshing originals, not sticking to one specific scheme.

Tritonal – Tritional first broke into the scene with a release on Anjunabeats. Since then, on Spotify alone Tritonal has collected millions of views on their music. After becoming part owners of Will Holland’s Enhanced Music, these two released a plethora of powerful music. Their most famous collaboration, “Until You Were Gone,” combines their efforts with The Chainsmokers. Due to the success of the track, The Chainsmokers have been dropping the track in just about every set this year. It’s obvious how superior songwriting skills and a passion for music can get you recognition from music-lovers around the world.

Day 2 – Saturday, December 31

Arty – Arty is a Russian musician and DJ who succeeded in less than a year to make tremendous strides on the international dance scene. His music is supported by top musicians and DJs around the world, including Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Above & Beyond and ATB. Arty has already been around the world and back having played events across the globe from the most prestigious clubs to some of the biggest festivals including Global Gathering, Gatecrasher and ASOT 500 in Den Bosch.

The Chainsmokers – Alex and Drew, also known as The Chainsmokers, have been going no where but up this past year. Their singles “Roses” featuring ROZES, “Don’t Let Me Down” Featuring Daya, and “Closer” featuring Halsey have been some of the hottest on the charts and a guarantee whenever turning on the radio.

Jackal – His friends would know him by Mikey Pennington, but his fans know him as Jackal, and he has had an absolute monstrous year. With his recent rise to fame in 2013 after his release of “Shakedown”, and a long list of top tracks, remixes, and guest mixes since then, Jackal has certainly carved his own way through trap music.
Jauz – Genre blending has always been a core tenant of Jauz – the project of LA-based and Icon Collective graduate, Sam Vogel. Over the course of the past year we have seen the young star rise, turning in some of the biggest tracks of the year, from taking on the likes of Ed Sheeran, Asap Mob, Childish Gambino, and more.

Justin Jay – Launching his music career from his freshman dorm room, the Los Angeles-based producer/DJ, Justin Jay, has already seen success that extends well beyond his years, but he is surely not resting on any laurels as he further refines his expertise as a true artist. As the youngest member of the dirtybird family, Justin has seen support by the likes of Claude VonStroke, Jamie Jones, Disclosure, Tiga, and George Fitzgerald, among many others, while also being recognized as a “Future Star” by trusted tastemakers, such as Pete Tong, and fans alike.
Kennedy Jones – Born and raised on the Sunny shores of Southern California, Kennedy Jones has spent most of his life surrounded by bass music. He started off acting as half of a collaborative dubstep project, including a track signed to Ultra Records, and then Kennedy decided that he wanted to explore his music as a solo project. This new “Kennedy Jones” project quickly took the bass music scene by storm as he included elements from all of his favorite styles of music cramming them into some of the most unique sounding tracks that anyone had heard.
Shiba San – Mysterious French DJ and producer Shiba San’s deep connection with music, specifically hip hop, is well known. It forms his infectious, ghetto leaning deep house for labels like the influential San Fran label Dirtybird and Amine Edge & DANCE’s hotter than hot House outlet Cuff. Fusing classic analogue sounds with current technology, his rock-solid productions make for a truly personal sound. As a DJ, too, he brings supreme dexterity and a deep selection of sounds from every inch of the spectrum.
Slander – The DJ duo began playing at frat parties and was desperate to spice up the playlist from typical hip-hop to house. Eager to spread house through Orange County, they  created Slander simply as a way to entertainment people at parties. Little did they know that their natural knack for DJing and passion for house music would take them much further than the OC.
DJ Snake – A Grammy-nominated producer, DJ Snake is a Frenchman at the forefront of the trap music movement, having taken the genre to the charts with his 2013 single “Turn Down for What” featuring Lil Jon, and other successes like “You Know You Like It,” and “Lean On” with Major Lazer. Born William Grigahcine, Snake’s production work on Lady Gaga’s 2011 effort Born This Way earned him a Grammy nod when it was nominated for Album of the Year in 2012.
Vanic  – Looping pop melodies, gleaming electro and future house, and sugary female vocals are all sound fabrics that be felt through the music of Jesse Hughes, who goes by the DJ moniker of Vanic. This Vancouver based DJ/producer has grown tremendously over the years continuously releasing refreshing tracks and remixes that display an outstandingly unique sound.
Yookie – Brothers Anthony and Chris Alfaro from New York make up the dj duo YOOKiE, and it’s safe to say these two made the right choice pursuing music together. As the bass genre has exploded and become what some might say is over saturated, YOOKiE stands out amongst the rest.
Zedd – Anton Zaslavski, more commonly known under his stage name Zedd, is a Grammy-Award winning Russian-German electronic music producer. Classically trained in music, he started playing the piano at the age of four; his musical career began in 2009, and he signed with Interscope Records a few years after, releasing his debut album, Clarity, in October, and his success hasn’t stopped since.

Zomboy – Justin Mellody, better known as Zomboy, is a dubstep king. In 2011 Zomboy made his debut with the Game Time EP on Never Say Die Records, which was at the top of the Beatport Dubstep charts for eight weeks. By the end of the year his tracks had made their way onto two more esteemed labels. It’s been five years since then he’s put out 4 more EPs an LP and an album. He’s hit stages around the world and continues to bring the filth with him wherever he goes. He’s built an enormous reputation for himself based on his innovation and aggressive, attention-grabbing tracks.
