Once upon a time our festival muse was the girl strutting through the crowd, ankle deep in mud, skirt hitched high and triple A lanyard swinging around her neck… She layered her festival garb, (tassels, tie-dye, crochet) and danced like no one was watching
when really, everyone was watching… but today – the festival muse may roam a little closer to home… Perhaps she’s the girl laying on her couch in her threadbare, vintage rocker tee, reading dog eared fashion mags and listening to old Bowie vinyl… perhaps she’s the girl roaming the hinterland, flowing in her lace and tie-dye gown, humming Fleetwood Mac… Today, we’re inspired by festival muses, past and present.
