Reflexis Customers Earn Awards for Best Implementations, Most Effective Use of Solutions, and for Having the Greatest Vision for the Future of Retail at Reflexions 2016

DEDHAM, Mass and LAS VEGAS, September 7, 2016: Reflexis Systems, Inc. announced the 2016 ReflexisPro Award winners at Reflexions 2016, hosted at the Venetian Las Vegas. The ReflexisPro awards recognize retailers for their innovative vision and intricate use of Reflexis solutions.

The ReflexisPro SuiteHeart award goes to the customer who uses the most complete set of Reflexis solutions to enhance their in-store execution. The 2016 winner of the SuiteHeart award is HEB for their comprehensive integration of Workforce Manager™, Task Manager™, Time & Attendance™, and Advanced Analytics and Reporting™.

The ReflexisPro ROI award goes to the customer who has implemented the Reflexis platform and publically shown the greatest return on investment. The 2016 winner is Vera Bradley for the soft goods retailer’s 95 percent reduction in corporate-to-store emails, 50 percent increase in scheduling effectiveness, and saving store managers 12 hours per week to focus more time on customer service.

The ReflexisPro Task Manager Implementation award goes to the customer who most effectively and creatively launched Task Manager in the past 12 months. The 2016 winner is Levi Strauss for their expansive rollout in multiple languages across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Australia.

The ReflexisPro Workforce Manager Implementation award goes to the customer who has completed the most innovative implementation of Reflexis Workforce Manager (forecasting and optimized labor scheduling) in the past 12 months. The 2016 winner is CVS Health who implemented across 18,000 locations (front of store and pharmacy) to support cross-store scheduling, increase efficiency, improve customer service, and comply with labor laws that vary by state.

The ReflexisPro Champion award goes to the customer who has showcased remarkable vision for retail technology innovation in Task and Workforce Management. The 2016 winner is JC Penney for affirming Reflexis’ stability, reliability, and functionality and deploying it to solve traditional and new-world store operations challenges.
