Reflexis Systems, Inc., the leader in Retail Execution Management, is looking for a Application Implementation Engineer who can work on product upgrades, implementation & configure software and possess a passion to produce great results!
Designation: Depends on relevant experience and skill set.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work on product upgrades and new client implementations.
Configure software as per client requirement.
Analysis and troubleshoot client reported issues using Java and Database skills.
Coordinate with core development team and QA to ensure timely releases.
Coordinate with onsite team and work on implementation.
Keeps team apprised of work progress and is proactive in communicating any concerns or opportunities for better project delivery.
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related discipline.
2+ year’s of experience in application implementation.
Atleast 1 yr of experience in Java Development.
Excellent Communication Skills are a must.
Hands on experience of Web development technologies such as HTML, DHTML, JAVA, JSP, JAVA SCRIPT.
Hands on experience of database SQLs.
Knowledge of Operating Systems/basic commands of Windows.
Knowledge of Linux OS is a plus.
Hands on experience on ANT scripts and Shell Scripting is a plus.
Knowledge of application server, database server and web server. (e.g. Glassfish/Tomcat/Web Sphere, MySQL/Oracle/DB2 and Apache web server) is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues after analyzing the logs/code.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Experience in retail domain or product based company an added advantage.
