Redseabid. 对李彦宏的“中国大脑”提案，著名军事理论家张召忠表示，建立国家层面的“中国大脑”，可以统一技术标准，让技术平台化，管理扁平化，打破技术壁垒，有利于技术间的融合创新。人工智能是国际科研领域的最前沿，不但已经成为当前国际科技竞争的最重要技术之一，也是判断一个国家创新能力的标志性领域。我国在这一领域当前具有一定的国际影响力，2013年，第23届人工智能国际联合大会就在北京隆重举行。而过去一年多来，如百度等科技公司在人工智能领域上也大力投入。从2012年开始，百度深度学习研究工作就已经启动，吴恩达等一大批世界知名专家纷纷加入。目前，百度正在推进一个名为“百度大脑”的项目，利用计算机技术模拟人脑，已经可以做到2-3岁孩子的智力水平。而在国外，军方与互联网科技企业的合作非常密切，无论是情报系统、指挥系统，还是由此产生的武器装备的大革新，双方的合作带来了诸多技术创新，并直接推动了国防力量的增强和科技企业的兴起。例如，美国英特尔等硅谷的公司，都是受益于一开始美国在“阿波罗计划”上的大力投入，受益于国家对于芯片产业持续稳定的、大规模的需求。在此次“两会”中，李彦宏提议建立的“中国大脑”计划，实际上更强调国家层面建立的大智能平台，它以智能人机交互、大数据分析预测自动驾驶、智能医疗诊断、智能无人飞机、军事和民用机器人技术等为重要研究领域，支持有能力的企业搭建人工智能基础资源和公共服务平台，面向不同研究领域开放平台资源，高效对接社会资源，依托统一平台协同创新。李彦宏还表示，人工智能的发展还将大幅提升国防信息化水平，加速无人作战装备的应用，为维护国家安全提供有力保障。 “技术创新从军用到民用的时代已经过去，现在包括百度等民企的不少技术已经领先军方，且升级换代更快，同时也应该建立从民用到军用的机制。”张召忠表示。来源：站长之家 ...
