KCCA v Nkana FC (Saturday)
Uganda CAF ambassadors KCCA FC’s opponents Nkana FC have been booked into Hotel Africana in Kampala before their Wednesday afternoon arrival.
The multi-million dollar hotel located on Wampewo Avenue, on up-class Kololo Hill, adjacent to Garden City Mall is a member of the BMK Group of companies (BMK Group) hotel complex with a room count in excess of 230, an outdoor swimming pool, manicures gardens among other luxurious facilities.

KCCA FC Vice President Allan Sewanyana tells RED Pepper Online Sport the club is not going to play dirty like they were treated by the Zambians in Kitwe after seeming not to have lessons from previous cases of mistreatment of Ugandan clubs on foreign assignment.
“You see, KCCA as an authority is a professional body so evening catering for the visiting team has to be profesional too. By the way we didn’t go for vengeance like you people (scribes) expected it to happened,” Sewanyana says.
KCCA delegation leader Samuel Mpiima said in Kitwe Friday that the poor Edinburgh Hotel’s surroundings were too noisy and it is unfair for KCCA to be accommodated in such an environment.
KCCA board member Hamid Juma was equally upset with the accommodation in Zambia said his club is wholeheartedly offering the Zambians a standard five star hotel treat because naturally Ugandans are good people.
“They are coming to Kampala but we are accommodating them in a noisy place. We are giving them the best accommodation and hospitality because naturally Ugandans are hospitable.”
Nkana secretary Kenny Mwansa had on Tuesday revealed to this newspaper that they had an advance delegation in Kampala already.

The Zambian champions were held 2-2 by coach George Nsimbe’s side made one change to their 18-man team to face KCCA on Saturday in their must-win 2014 CAF Champions League first round, return leg decider at Namboole Stadium.
On form Tony Odur and Brian Majwega scored for ten man KCCA whereas Ronald Kapamba and 22 year old striker Shadreck Musonda netted for Nkana. Midfielder Steven Bengo and Habib Kavuma are however still a doubt for ED Jeniffer Musisi’s team.
The last time the 12 time Zambian premier league champions came to Uganda, they emerged victors after thumping the same side by 2-1 at Nakivubo Stadium in 1992.
