A can't access my acc that I created and played with. Uplay support is not helping me for a week now. See details down.
What should I do? Anybody can help?

We are e-mailing now for a week and I still can't access my account (guttmann.gyorgy@citromail.hu)! Why didn't you tell me the first time I should upload a picture of something??? I already gave you my acc details!!! I could make the account and could connect Prince of Persia to it and could play, but suddenly the next day I couldn't access my account. The login says that I have the wrong e-mail or pass. But I don't get the new pass e-mail from Uplay. So if the e-mail is wrong than how could I make the acc and play??? I'm totally unsatisfied with what you are doing here. A week has past and nothing. Do something that I can play PoP again. Don't ask for something or write a new message. Do something.
The picture I uploaded is a screenshot from the Hungarian magazine's website (PCGURU). This magazine gave me a key and with that I could get the game key on their homepage. They gave a key for everyone buying the magazine that mount.
A week has past and nothing happened. Don't write me again, but solve the problem. The problem is with you, in your system, so fix it pls.

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Technical Support. Please update your ticket with the following pictures/scans:
- Image of the dated proof of purchase (receipt/invoice/etc.) showing the purchase of a NEW copy of the game (not rented, used, or purchased from eBay).
- Image of the CD-Key(s) received.
Please do the following steps to update your ticket with us:
1. Click on the "My Questions" link at the top of this email.
2. Type in your Uplay login name and password and click Login.
3. Click on [Account] Change Request / Email Address to find your incident.
4. Type a response in the "Results and/or Additional Information" section.
5. Click "Choose file" and find the digital image or files you saved earlier and click Open if they were requested.
6. Click "Submit" to complete the incident.
7. For multiple files, repeat steps 3-6.
Once received, we will examine your information and get back to you as soon as we can.

I have no games on the account guttmann.gyorgy@gmail.com so please move it to the account I have Prince of Persia on (guttmann.gyorgy@citromail.hu).
This is needed because somehow I'm not able to log in to that account and I'm not receiving the password change e-mail either. But that doesn't matter. Just please move the @gmail.com e-mail address to that account so I'm able to play.

It looks like you have created multiple Uplay accounts. Once a key is tied to an account, you must use that account to play. There is no way to unlink an account or merge accounts.
Please use the following account to access your game:
Email: guttmann.gyorgy@ciromail.hu
Username: almapama
If you no longer have access to this email address, please provide us with an email address that is not yet in use on another Uplay account. If you are not sure, please also provide an alternate email just in case.
If the email address you prefer is in use on another account, so long as there are no games on it, we can move it to the account above.

So this acc I use right (guttmann.gyorgy@gmail.com) now was just made to get in touch with you. You can delete it after my other acc (guttmann.gyorgy@citromail.hu) is made available for me again. Probably the e-mail address (@citromail.hu) was miss typed by me upon creation, although it's strange that I could log in on Saturday and play. I would like to have this (@citromail.hu) acc made available to me because it has Prince of Persia (PoP) connected to it. Right now I can't log in. The sys tells me that I have the wrong pass or e-mail. It is possible that the @citromail.hu e-mail is somehow incompatible to Uplay, since I didn't received any acc creation e-mail. So it looks like you need to connect my @gmail e-mail address to that acc, or pls correct the e-mail to guttmann.gyorgy@citromail.hu and give me a new pass so I'm able to log in. Main thing is that I'm able to play PoP.

Correct Email Address: guttmann.gyorgy@citromail.hu (but this address could be the problem too, so would be god if you could change it to @gmail.com, delete this acc and I can play PoP again)

Games registered to the account (including CD Keys if possible):
Correct Email Address:
*Please be sure that the new email address is not already in use on any other Uplay Account, as a single address can be used only on one account.*
Once I have this information, I will do what I can to help.
