Arsenal stars Petr Cech and Santi Cazorla have given their reactions to the sublime show from Arsene Wenger’s men which saw them thrash Southampton 5-0 away from home in the FA Cup.
Many expected the Gunners to face a tricky test against Claude Puel’s side after a defeat against them in the League Cup earlier this season and last year’s 4-0 loss in the Premier League.
However, a dominant first-half display which was spear-headed by Danny Welbeck, a man making his first start in more than half a year, saw Arsenal wrap up the victory with a 3-0 lead by half-time.
Even though they were not able to feature on Saturday, the likes of Petr Cech and Santi Cazorla made sure to witness the action as their teammates secured a place in the next round of the FA Cup.
