HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Nov. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ – IHI E&C International Corporation (“IHI E&C”) of Houston, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of IHI Corporation, has selected Intergraph® SmartPlant® Foundation as its standard life cycle engineering document and data management solution. IHI E&C also has chosen Intergraph SmartPlant Materials following an evaluation of its legacy materials management tool, measured against Intergraph’s industry-leading materials management technology.

IHI E&C will use SmartPlant Foundation and SmartPlant Materials in the execution and delivery of its projects, including front end engineering development (FEED) studies and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.
