It’s more of the Obama administration’s “war on women” and is being conducted in a US federal prison in Cumberland, Maryland. The imam, Fouad ElBayly,who is the imam at the Islamic Center of Johnstown In Pennsylvania, called for a death penalty in 2007 for Ayaan Hirsi Ali. Ali, who was born in Somalia, has been critical of Islam, correctly claiming that women suffer greatly at the hands of people like the imam.
Needless to say that hasn’t made her many friends in the Islamic community. We’re also sure that it hasn’t made her any friends in the White House.
Imam ElBayly believes Ali’s statements are “poisonous.”
“If you come into the faith, you must abide by the laws, and when you decide to defame it deliberately, the sentence is death.” That was ElBayly’s position when Ali was invited to speak at a local university.
It’s bad enough that the imam wasn’t arrested for terrorist threats in 2007 during the Bush administration, but the Obama administration has managed to find a new low.
In February of last year Imam ElBayly was given a contract by the Department of Justice – Eric Holder’s Department of Justice – to provide “leadership and guidance” to inmates at the Cumberland Federal Correctional Institution in Maryland.
The real outrage goes beyond this particular imam. US prisons are a breeding ground for hate and a recruitment and training center for future jihadists. Islam is becoming a bigger and bigger problem in US prisons because 15% of the prison population is Muslim.
Combine a large population of violent inmates with skyrocketing conversion rates of those inmates converting to Islam, increasingly powerful Muslim prison gangs, and a proliferation of Muslim chaplains.
Given that the FBI and law enforcement in general are not allowed to say the word “Islam” or “jihad,” or even target Islamic terror organizations, and you have “chaplains” who are unfettered and able to get away with preaching anything to inmates looking for any way to “get even.”
In terms of our population as a whole there are eighteen times more Muslims in the prison population than in the US population. 12% of Muslims in America are incarcerated and are subject to radical Islamic teaching in prison.
The converts are not Arabic or Middle Easterners. The converts are primarily black. As many as one in three black prisoners are converting to Islam. Here’s the reality of Islam in prison.

The Nation of Islam is the largest prison ministry. It appeals to black males as it demonizes Christianity as a religion for the white oppressor while framing Islam as a “more desirable moral system for disenfranchised blacks.”
Never mind that Islam has enslaved black Africans for over a thousand years and continues to do so, or that a holy book that preaches hate can hardly be considered a “desirable moral system.”
This is a huge problem for the US. And it’s a problem driven by Barack Obama and Eric Holder pandering and enabling two groups who want to “change” America by violent means if necessary. It’s more that Obama’s “war on women,” it’s Obama’s “war on America.”
