“Where do we go for dinner?” Iens.nl, a website that is part of ElTenedor/TripAdvisor, answers this very important question every day for countless people. On a monthly basis iens.nl helps 2 million visitors finding a restaurant to their liking. Registered users (or ‘tasters’ as we like to call them) write approximately 200.000 reviews per year about restaurants located in The Netherlands. These reviews and are of vital importance to our website.
As an independent online platform specialized in restaurant reviews, iens.nl stands for quality and transparency in our field. The data on our website and the communication with consumers as well as with restauranteurs are crucial to maintain the quality of iens.nl.
We are looking for a fulltime employee who can join IENS Support on the 1st of July.

Affinity with the world of restaurants and hospitality (in restaurants)
Knowledge of and interest in restaurant trends
Call center experience

Native in Dutch
Fluent in Ensligh and either Spanish or French
University of applied sciences (HBO) level of thinking and acting
Tasks
Supporting the manager
Moderation of reviews
Processing new and closed restaurants
Answering the phone
Answering questions asked by consumers / providing consumers with required information
Answering emails
Monitoring data on the website and entering changes
Responsibilities
Making sure that the list of restaurants in the Netherlands on iens.nl is complete
Monitoring the quality of the reviews
Monitoring the quality of restaurant details
Implementing our fraud policy concerning the reviews
Processing information requests from consumers and restaurant owners
