(NaturalNews) The decision by the Obama Administration to leave America’s borders wide open and actually encourage illegal children from Central America to pour into the country earlier this year may have been the cause of the EV-D68 enterovirus epidemic, which infected thousands of U.S. children and left dozens stricken with polio-like paralysis.
Several top health officials have publicly admitted that multiple strains of the virus appeared simultaneously in different locations throughout the country, matching the pattern of entry of the Central American children. Genetic and statistical evidence also suggest that the viruses may have originated well beyond the southern border, a consequence of Obama’s loose open-borders policy.
Nora Chapman, an enterovirus scientist at the University of Nebraska, told The Daily Caller that federal researchers would still need to test the genetic fingerprint of the EV-D68 strains that are circulating to determine whether or not they match the type that is prevalent in Central America. But according to the news source, there is already more than enough statistical evidence to substantiate a link.
According to the official count, nine people, including three American children, tested positive for the virus, while 50 additional children succumbed to polio-like paralysis that some experts say is directly linked to the virus. Hundreds of U.S. children were also admitted to hospital emergency wards and intensive care units in more than 40 states due to apparent symptoms.
Fearful scientists shy away from blaming Obama for EV-D68 epidemic
Though the evidence increasingly and overwhelmingly suggests that these Central American children brought EV-D68 into the U.S., some scientists are fearful of linking Obama’s immigration policies to the disease’s spread.
“I would just steer away from that — it is not helpful, so why bring it up?” was the excuse given to The Daily Caller by George Washington University’s Lone Simonsen. “A better angle [is], ‘We’re just learning what this outbreak is all about.'”
Others expressed similar sentiments, though they would not actually say what they believed to be the cause. Surely EV-D68 is not just some random disease that was lying dormant and suddenly emerged, coincidentally, around the exact same time that young foreign nationals were being shipped across the U.S. border into Texas, Illinois, Colorado and elsewhere.
On October 29, The New York Times posed some honest questions about how EV-D68 might be linked to all the paralysis cases, which don’t appear to have any common source. But the same piece completely ignored any possible link between the enterovirus class and the Central American children.
The mainstream media can claim all it wants, through direct omission, that EV-D68 was not caused by Obama. But an open-border policy that allows children from highly infected countries to come into the U.S. without proper medical testing, and disseminate throughout the general population, is just asking for trouble.
“Few of the many sick kids were formally tested for EV-D68, partly because the test is slow, expensive and not useful for doctors,” adds The Daily Caller. “That’s because EV-D68 victims get the same general treatment as other enterovirus victims.”
As of October 24, the number of confirmed EV-D68 cases nationwide has nearly breached 1,000. According to reports, this is 300 times the infection rate seen during the entire 33-year period between 1970 and 2003.
“This isn’t something hard to prove or disprove,” contends Selwyn Duke from American Thinker.
“All you need do is ascertain if the strain prevalent in the U.S. is the same as one found south of the border. This is simple epidemiology, and there’s only one reason we don’t know:
“The powers that be don’t want us to know.”

Unvaccinated children show better resistance to EV-D68 virus

(NaturalNews) Hundreds of mostly younger children living in the Midwest have succumbed to a mystery illness in recent months that the media is now referring to as EV-D68 virus. And perhaps not surprising to Natural News readers is the fact that the virus, which has reportedly killed at least four individuals, does not seem to be afflicting anyone who is unvaccinated.
The latest reports claim that 538 people in 43 states and the District of Columbia have been confirmed as having the disease between mid-August and October 3. Symptoms of EV-D68 include many of those also associated with influenza, but typically in more severe forms — fever, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, body and muscles aches, wheezing and breathing problems are among the most common.
An executive from Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, told CNN back in early September that the severity of the outbreak is unlike anything she has ever seen.
“It’s worse in terms of scope of critically ill children who require intensive care. I would call it unprecedented. I’ve practiced for 30 years in pediatrics, and I’ve never seen anything quite like this,” explained Dr. Mary Anne Jackson, MD, at the time. “We’ve had to mobilize other providers, doctors, nurses. It’s big.”
All EV-D68-infected children vaccinated according to CDC guidelines
As the disease has progressed, one common theme has emerged: All of the children acquiring EV-D68 were vaccinated according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) vaccination schedule, which now contains upwards of 30 jabs before a child reaches seven years of age. Not a single unvaccinated child has contracted EV-D68 so far.
“Although there is no known vaccine for the virus, and the scope which it will reach is also unknown, those [who] have become infected are following a common theme,” explains Inquisitr. “They have all been vaccinated with the MMR vaccines, influenza vaccines, and polio vaccines.”
“Of course, many children in the United States have been vaccinated, and most are required to be vaccinated in order to enter school. However, it is interesting to note that the illness is not occurring, yet, in children that have not been vaccinated.”
Most people contracting EV-D68 are also severely immunocompromised
Unlike naturally acquired immunity, vaccine-induced immunity simply doesn’t last. Vaccinated children repeatedly have to get “booster” shots just to stay protected, for instance, while some of them end up contracting more severe forms of disease later in life as a result of having never acquired natural immunity in the first place, which was overridden by the vaccines.
As it turns out, many of those developing EV-D68 are showing signs of vaccine-induced injuries such as asthma and neurological disease. Since EV-D68 manifests primarily as a lung condition, it appears as though these children’s weakened immune systems simply can’t handle the presence of the virus, leaving them more prone than unvaccinated children to major illness.
In the view of Dr. Paul Checchia from Texas Children’s Hospital, parents should be much more concerned about RSV, or respiratory syncytial virus, which the CDC says is responsible for sending up to 125,000 children annually to the emergency room. This is in comparison to just a few dozen children with EV-D68.
“Enterovirus must have a really good PR agent because it is getting all the press and there is no real need for it,” he told NBC News, minimizing the dangers of EV-D68. “It is a significant respiratory pathogen, but it is not really different from a lot of other respiratory pathogens out there.”

Immunologist Admits Babies Only Vaccinated to ‘Train Parents’
Vaccine proponent acknowledges shots in first year of infant’s life are pointless

A PhD immunologist and vaccine proponent admitted during a conference involving health professionals that babies are only given shots up to age one in order to ‘train the parents’ to get their children into the medical system and that the vaccines are completely worthless.
The immunologist, who declined to be identified after she made the comments, responded to a question about the rationale of giving infants vaccines in the first year of their life when they have no positive effect.
Q. So the science seems fairly clear that for the first year of life, probably, that the immunization is not stimulating the kind of response we expect it to stimulate.
A. True.
Q. So what’s the rationale for continuing to do that if it’s not doing what it’s supposed to be [doing]?
A. The vaccines are given at pediatric wellness visits, and the idea is that you are training the parent to bring their child in at all the pediatric wellness visits, and that it’s only the year visit that actually is truly important. But that for most parents you are not going to get them to bring their kid in if they don’t come in at two months, four months, and six months. And so it’s actually more of a training thing.
It’s interesting, I was on the phone with [?] county public health last week, with one of their vaccine nurses. She was like, ‘Oh, you’re talking about vaccines? Make sure you tell them they have to do that year shot because the first three [the 2, 4 and 6 month shots] don’t work.’ I was like, ‘Yeah, I know.’ [laughter].
The notion that babies are being injected with vaccines for the first year of their life simply in order to brainwash parents into feeding their children into the medical system is an extremely disturbing premise.
As Dave Mihalovic highlights, “Infants in their first year mostly depend on generalized, non-specific immunity, including (hopefully) immunoglobulins from breast milk, to protect their young bodies from infection. Vaccines are not only ineffective in the first year of life, but they can cause harm through synergistic toxicity and a state of immune overload.”
While there is little evidence that immunizing babies in the first year of their lives serves any positive purpose, the risk factor is well documented.
A shocking study published in a prestigious medical journal in 2011 found a direct statistical link between higher vaccine doses and infant mortality rates in the developed world, suggesting that the increasing number of inoculations being forced upon children by medical authorities, particularly in the United States which administers the highest number of vaccines and also has the highest number of infant deaths, is in fact having a detrimental impact on health.
The study, entitled Infant mortality rates regressed against number of vaccine doses routinely given: Is there a biochemical or synergistic toxicity?, was conducted by Neil Z. Miller and Gary S. Goldman. It was published in the reputable Human and Experimental Toxicology journal, which is indexed by the National Library of Medicine.
“Linear regression analysis of unweighted mean IMRs showed a high statistically significant correlation between increasing number of vaccine doses and increasing infant mortality rates,” the study found, adding that the results demand an “essential” inquiry into the correlation between vaccine doses, biochemical or synergistic toxicity, and infant mortality rates.
Despite the fact that the United States administers the highest number of vaccine doses to children in the entire developed world, 26 before infants reach the age of one, its infant mortality rate is higher than 33 other nations, all of which administer less vaccines. The study clearly illustrates the fact that developed countries which administer less vaccines have lower infant mortality rates, suggesting a direct statistical link between vaccination side-effects and infant deaths.
For example, the two developed countries that require children be immunized with the least amount of vaccines, Japan and Sweden, also top the table for the lowest infant mortality rates.
Of the top ten developed countries with the lowest infant mortality rates, seven of the ten also appear in the top ten table of countries that administer the least vaccines.
When looked at in comparison, the table of countries ordered by which ones administer the least vaccines compared to the table which orders countries based on infant mortality rates is very similar.
Despite the fact that it administers the most vaccines, the United States has the highest infant mortality rate of all developed countries, with an average of 6.22 deaths per 1000 live births. The US has a far higher infant mortality rate than the likes of Cuba or Slovenia despite spending vastly more on health care.

More American children die from polio-like virus spread by MB Obama administration busing illegal immigrants throughout country

(NaturalNews) The mysteries surrounding enterovirus D68, or EV-D68 — and particularly where it originated — are in the process of being solved, as a major elephant in the room is slowly acknowledged. Prevalent in Central America, the sudden spread of enterovirus in the U.S. this past summer has one obvious cause that the mainstream media has been reluctant to recognize: the deliberate busing of illegal immigrant children to secret locations throughout the U.S. by the Obama Administration.
Since August, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has acknowledged that at least nine U.S. children have died from the respiratory illness during the current outbreak. More than 1,100 people in 47 states and the District of Columbia have reportedly suffered through it and lived, according to the public health agency, with some hospitals more recently indicating a decline in new cases.
But what may have triggered this particular outbreak is not addressed anywhere on the CDC website, even though its timing directly coincides with when all those Obamabuses started transporting illegal alien children from Central America to undisclosed locations throughout the country. The CDC simply chalks it up to chance, categorizing it alongside the “millions of respiratory illnesses” that supposedly occur annually in children.
It is a fact, though, that since late last year the Obama Administration has been busy relocating potentially infected children to various drop points throughout the U.S. As you may recall, many states indicated that they had no idea that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was shipping illegal aliens to U.S. cities, effectively burdening them with having to care for these mostly children and address any health issues from which they were currently suffering.
Study suggests EV-D68 was brought into the U.S. from Latin America
A 2013 study published in the Virology Journal provides further clues as to the source of EV-D68, noting that many of the 3,375 young and ill children evaluated as part of a clinical review tested positive for the virus. These children hailed from countries like El Salvador and Nicaragua, from where many of the illegal alien children also came.
“The CDC hasn’t suggested reasons for the current uptick or its origin,” Sharyl Attkisson, a former NBC News journalist who has been targeted by the Obama Administration, wrote in a recent piece. “Without that answer, some question whether the disease is being spread by the presence of tens of thousands of illegal immigrant children from Central America admitted to the U.S. in the past year.”
“Though the U.S. government is keeping secret the locations of the illegal immigrant children, there are significant numbers of them in both cities in which the current outbreak was first identified, Kansas City, Missouri[,] and Chicago, Illinois, according to local advocates and press reports.”
EV-D68 shares similarities with Ebola
Known as a positive-sense, or “plus-strand,” RNA (ribonucleic acid) enterovirus, EV-D68 can cause debilitating paralysis and death, severe outcomes that have been observed throughout the U.S. during the past several months. Ebola, on the other hand, is also an RNA virus — a virus that has RNA as it’s genetic material; however, Ebola is a negative-sense RNA filovirus, which means that, unlike EV-D68, it’s genetic code must be translated before being able to infect a host.
Also related is so-called “hand, foot and mouth disease,” another enterovirus that the CDC saw reemerge in the U.S. back in March. The sudden appearance of all these diseases at roughly the same time suggests, once again, that the Obama Administration’s lawless immigration policies may be to blame.

Dallas hospital nurses threatened with being fired if they talked to the press about the horrifying lapses in Ebola containment

(NaturalNews) A nurse’s union is claiming that healthcare workers who cared for Thomas Eric Duncan, the Liberian national who became the first Ebola patient on U.S. soil, were told by hospital administrators to keep quiet about treatment conditions at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital or they would be fired.
As reported by The Associated Press (AP), Deborah Burger of National Nurses United, a union that does not represent nurses at Texas Presbyterian, convened a conference call to reporters recently to discuss what she said were concerns of nurses at the hospital. Among other things, Burger said the nurses had to use medical tape to secure gaps in flimsy protective clothing, and that they were concerned about exposure of their necks and heads as they cared for Duncan, who died October 8.
The AP further reported:
RoseAnn DeMoro, executive director of Nurses United, said the statement came from “several” and “a few” nurses, but she refused repeated inquiries to state how many. She said the organization had vetted the claims, and that the nurses cited were in a position to know what had occurred at the hospital. She did not specify whether they were among the nurses caring for Duncan.
Also, nurses said that Duncan’s lab samples were sent through the hospital’s pneumatic tube network, which may have resulted in contamination of the specimen delivery system. And they said hazardous waste — sheets, protective outerwear, towels, etc. — were allowed to pile up to the ceiling in Duncan’s room.
Forced to ‘interact’ with very little protective gear
A spokesman for the hospital, Wendall Watson, would not respond to the nurses’ specific allegations, but he did say that the hospital had not heard anything like them.
“Patient and employee safety is our greatest priority, and we take compliance very seriously,” he said in a statement to the AP, adding that the institution would “review and respond to any concerns raised by our nurses and all employees.”
In their statement, the nurses claimed that they were forced to “interact with Mr. Duncan with whatever protective equipment was available,” even as he began producing “a lot of contagious fluids.”
The Associated Press noted as well that Duncan’s medical records bore out those concerns. And they also indicate that nurses who were treating him also treated other patients in the hospital at the same time, and that guidelines were erratic and ever-shifting, leaving them to follow whichever ones they wanted to at the time. The AP continued:
When Ebola was suspected but unconfirmed, a doctor wrote that use of disposable shoe covers should also be considered. At that point, by all protocols, shoe covers should have been mandatory to prevent anyone from tracking contagious body fluids around the hospital.
Duncan’s first trip to hospital E.R. missed by staff
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention chief Dr. Thomas Frieden has blamed nurses for ignoring established protocols, but few hospitals around the country are equipped to handle incurable Biosafety Level 4 diseases, which includes Ebola.
When he first presented to the hospital’s E.R., Duncan was left in an open area for hours, reports said, where nurses worked with him without proper protective clothing and gear.
Two of those nurses have since become ill: 26-year-old Nina Pham and 29-year-old Amber Joy Vinson.
Duncan first sought care at Texas Presbyterian in the E.R. late September 25, but he was treated and released the next morning. But on September 28, he was rushed back to the E.R. by ambulance, where — unlike his first visit — his mention of recent travel from Ebola-stricken Liberia immediately caused suspicion, according to an AP review of hospital records that the news agency was provided by Duncan’s family.
“The CDC said 76 staff members at the hospital could have been exposed to Duncan after his second ER visit,” the AP reported. “Another 48 people who may have had contact with him before he was isolated are being monitored.”
