We are super excited to announce to all of our IDX Broker clients that we have a sweet tool that sends you SMS or text alerts to your phone when you get a new lead on your IDX Broker account.
Whenever you get a new user who signs up on your account or wants information on a property, you get an email and the SMS or TXT message from IDX Broker letting you know you have a new message.
This also works for new leads.
It is so important that contacts have a follow-up as quickly as possible.
You will get an alert in your email, and the SMS or text message to your phone. The TXT or SMS message will have the phone number of the lead that you can click through to call, and the link to the property page if they are looking for a particular property.
This is in Beta so there are some additional features that we are working on adding. Shoot us an email with your feature requests.

Small print:
We don’t have any refunds or partial refunds with this service. Once we setup your account, it will be active for 1 year. If you decide you don’t need the service, just let us know and we will cancel your billing for the coming year. We will set up your account within one business day.
