Matt Phipps is a fourth-generation real estate practitioner from Providence, R.I., who is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Matt was recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazine's 30 Under 30 in 2008. He was appointed the chair of NAR’s Communications Committee in 2009 and has also served as a member of Research, Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity, and Strategic Planning committees. Phipps co-founded the RI YPN group and has been a national YPN member since its inception. After earning a degree in journalism from American University in Washington, D.C., he applied his media knowledge and skills as the creator/producer/host of Providence’s ABC6/RI News Channels’ “Real Estate Minute,” and is the producer/creator of Fox Providence/The Rhode Show’s “House Talk.” He has been featured or quoted in several local and national publications including The Washington Post, The Real Deal (NYC), USA Today, Real Estate Times, and The Providence Journal. Taking lessons from a decade of experience, Phipps has spent the last few years earning his stripes as a local teacher, creating courses for the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, and serving as a national speaker (Orlando, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Chicago).

Bobbi Howe is a second-generation real estate professional who first started helping her mother sell real estate when she was 8 years old. Howe officially received her real estate license when she turned 18 and has also spent time working as an escrow agent for a title insurance company. Howe is a past president of the St. Joseph (Mo.) Regional Association of REALTORS®, sits on the Missouri Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee, and is serving on the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) Strategic Planning Committee. Howe was a 2008 member of the Missouri Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and co-founded the Missouri YPN in 2009. In her spare time Howe enjoys running marathons.

Rob Mehta is a native of the Twin Cities and has been in the real estate industry for 15 years. He is currently the director of strategic planning for Coldwell Banker Burnet in Minneapolis. Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker organization, Mehta was the founder and owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Group and spent a decade with the RE/MAX organization. He also co-founded a real estate brokerage and consulting practice in Bangkok, Thailand in 2006. Mehta is a graduate of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® Compass Academy and of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. He serves as a continuing education instructor for the National Association of REALTORS®, the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®, and Coldwell Banker Blue University. Rob has previously served on the executive committee of both the Minneapolis and Minnesota Association's of REALTORS®, and AREAA (the Asian Real Estate Association of America), and has served as president of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®. He is currently chair of MNAR's Government Affairs Committee. Mehta was a founding member of the Minneapolis Yo Pro's, the first official YPN Network in the United States. He has served on NAR's Board of Directors and on the CIPS Advisory and Risk Management Committees, and was recently President’s Liaison to Technology and Business Issues. You might also recognize Rob as guest host on several season's of the DIY Network hit show Sweat Equity.

Adrienne Loughery is a salesperson with RE/MAX 440 in Montgomery County, Pa. She has more than 10 years experience specializing in residential sales in the Philadelphia suburbs. Loughery served her local community as a board director for the Spring-Ford School District – the youngest person ever to serve. Loughery was one of the founding members of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® YPN and served as their first chair. A Leadership PAR graduate, she has held various positions at the local, state, and national association. She has served as a board director for PAR and is currently serving her second year as the PAR RPAC fundraising chair. Loughery is also serving as the YPN representative for the NAR RPAC Participation Council. She is a Sterling R and a 10 for 10 participant.

Danai Mattison is a native Washingtonian and second-generation real estate professional with The Mattison Group at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. Danai earned her real estate license in 2008 while attending the University of Maryland – College Park and upon graduation in 2009 entered into the sales arena full time. Licensed in D.C. & Maryland, she specializes in existing and new home sales in the D.C. area marketplace. In 2013, Danai was recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazine's 30 Under 30! As a strong believer in the importance to serve, she is an active member in both her local and state associations (2012-2013 GCAAR YPN & Communications Committee; 2014 YPN Committee member & Communications Committee Vice-Chair) and recently appointed to the NAR YPN Advisory Board and the NAR Strategic Planning Committee. Danai loves to work hard for those she serves, socialize out and about in the city and give back to her community!

Eben Moran, a Sterling R – RPAC contributor, is a sales manager for Weichert REALTORS® on the Gulf in Naples, Fla. Moran currently serves as a director for the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, and is a founding member who served as the first chairperson of the NABOR YPN. Moran also serves as a director for Florida REALTORS® and is a member of the Florida REALTORS® YPN Advisory Committee. Additionally, Moran has served nationally on the NAR Business Issues Committee.

Alex Milshteyn is an associate broker in Ann Arbor, Mich., and also a national speaker on various real estate topics. He has more than 14 years of experience in real estate. In 2013, Milshteyn sold more than 200 properties. The Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® named Milshteyn the 2012 REALTOR® of the Year. Milshteyn was honored by the REALTOR® Magazine as a member of the 2011 class of 30 Under 30. Milshteyn was also named to the Crain’s Detroit Business “20 In Their 20s.” Milshteyn previously served as the president of the Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® and is currently serving on the Michigan Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. He is the No. 1 producer for his company and a top sales agent in the Ann Arbor area.

Kyle Killebrew is a first-generation real estate professional who focuses primarily on residential real estate sales as the broker/partner of Kyle Killebrew & Co. - The Real Estate Group in Springfield, Ill. Having graduated from Western Illinois University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in business and finance, Killebrew chose to embark on a real estate career and started selling full-time in 2004. Since that time, he has become one of the top producing real estate agents in his area, having sold well over 1,000 homes. In 2007, Killebrew received the “Rising Star” award from his local association, and was featured in REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 class of 2010. Kyle served as a founding member and chairperson for the Illinois Association of REALTORS® YPN, and has participated on a variety of Capital Area Association of REALTORS® committees.

Krista Clark is a first-generation commercial real estate practitioner who specializes in multi-family and retail investment property. Licensed since 2007, her bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration gives her a unique perspective to the industry. Passionate about networking and leadership, Clark has served in various capacities at the local, state, and national REALTOR® associations. In addition to the YPN Advisory Board, she currently serves as 2014 president of the Newton Board of REALTORS®, as the Iowa Association of REALTORS® YPN chair and Communications Committee vice-chair, and on NAR’s Commercial Real Estate Research Advisory Board & Research Committee. She was recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 class of 2014 honorees, a career-long goal, and was elected to serve as 2015 regional vice president for the Iowa Association of REALTORS®. In her spare time you can find Krista spending time with one of her eight nieces or nephews, baking cakes, or volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).

Philip B.W. Becker is the broker/owner of Becker Properties. Founded in 2009, Becker Properties specializes in residential real estate in the San Antonio and Austin markets. Becker’s agents utilize professional video and unique Web marketing strategies in their day-to-day business. Upon receiving his license, Becker quickly became involved with the REALTOR® organization. Becker was named the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year in 2010. Becker was also named the Texas CRS Chapter's 2013 CRS of the Year. He was elected vice chair of the Greater San Antonio YPN for 2010, and served as chair in 2011. Becker served on the Texas Association of REALTORS® YPN Advisory Council in 2011 and the TAR Political Affairs Committee in 2012. He is the youngest member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors, 2012-2014. Becker also serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas CRS Chapter, on the Texas Association of REALTORS® Technology Committee, and on the National Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Committee.

Kristin Smith is a native Texan with a degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is a third-generation real estate professional. Her grandfather, Harley E. Rouda, is a past NAR president. Smith works with her parents and brother as a real estate team with Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, an Ebby Halliday company in Dallas. This is her second year serving on the YPN Advisory Board, as well as her second year serving Social Media Advisory Board for the National Association of REALTORS®. She is also serving on the Serving on the 2014 Diversity Committee, and on the North Texas YPN 2014 Advisory Board. Additionally, Smith annually participates in a 10-week corporate challenge benefitting Special Olympics.

Shyla Magee is a residential broker-salesperson at Windermere Prestige Properties in Henderson, Nev. A first-generation real estate professional, Magee had a dream of becoming a REALTOR® since she was just 10 years old. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a degree in finance real estate. Magee served as chair of the Las Vegas YPN from 2012-2013. She was awarded the YPN Las Vegas 40 Under 40 award in 2012 and 2013. She was also recognized as REALTOR® of the Month by the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® in April of 2013. Magee currently serves on the GLVAR Political Affairs Committee, Bylaws Committee, YPN Committee, and also co-founded GLVAR's 2014 Leadership Program.

Georgia Lee Wall

Georgia Wall was first licensed in real estate in 1999 while earning a B.A. in communication at Seattle Pacific University. As a second-generation real estate professional, Wall works side-by-side with her mother in the Greater Seattle area in residential re-sale and foreclosures. She was awarded 2011 “One to Watch” by Seattle King County REALTOR® Association. Wall dedicated herself to the expansion of the local SKCR Young Professional Network the following year. She is serving her fourth year on SKCR YPN. She was honored to accept the Small/Medium YPN of the Year Award for 2012 on behalf of SKCR YPN. A die hard Seahawk fan and Sea Gal of the Year in 2007, Georgia uses her love of football and cheerleading to expand her network and sales production. She has grown a healthy business, making Presidents Gold Circle for sales for John L. Scott Realty. Wall currently serves as a Women's Council of REALTORS® state director, and started her fourth year on the SKCR Board of Directors. Georgia is known by @KirklandPeach on Twitter and tweets about real estate, Seahawks, and great coffee.

Megan Moore is originally from Indianapolis, and has also lived in Omaha, Neb., and Lawrenceburg, Ind., prior to moving to Nashville in late 2007. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in journalism and a minor in business. And, as might be expected, she is a committed Hoosier fan. She is also a graduate of the Investment in Excellence program provided by The Pacific Institute, which she recommends for everyone. Moore has been on staff at the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS® since early 2008. She is a regular attendee of NAR meetings and a variety of state conferences. At GNAR, Moore has been involved in working with many local, state, and national legislators, and helped the association raise more than $100,000 in RPAC funds just this past year. She coordinated major events like the Middle Tennessee REALTORS® Convention and The Home Run (a 4-mile run/walk to help raise funds for GNAR to build its 18th Habitat for Humanity home in 2014). She was directly involved with YPN sponsoring an RPAC fundraising event in 2012 at the Tennessee Governor’s Mansion that not only raised a lot of money, but helped start a tradition of YPN support for RPAC state-wide. Moore and her husband, Brian, have two beautiful children.

Amie Trinder-Ferris is a sales representative for Erie's Edge Real Estate and third-generation real estate professional from Ontario, Canada. She was appointed as the first chairperson for the Ontario Real Estate Association's YPN in 2011-2013 and serves as past-president of the Simcoe and District Real Estate Board. Trinder-Ferris has been a licensed real estate professional since 2007 and held various volunteer positions since 2008. Real estate is Trinder-Ferris's full time profession and she is passionate about giving back to the industry.
