New York, New York, it’s a wonderful—and expensive—town. And it’s the location of this week’s most expensive new listing on realtor.com®: a fabulous Manhattan penthouse.

Please behold PH 77 on 157 W. 57th Street, now on the market with a massive $52 million price tag. Robert Dvorin of Douglas Elliman is the listing agent.

You may have heard of Billionaires’ Row in Manhattan’s midtown, and One57, an ultraluxe skyscraper, rises over 1,000 feet above Manhattan and leads the way in this wealthy neighborhood. The building was the site of the record-setting sale of the top two floors for $100.47 million just two years ago.

This posh condo also sold two years ago, but for a lower price—$47.7 million. Now, the owner (described as a “mystery European buyer” in the New York Times) is setting sail from this pied-a-terre and hoping to pocket a profit.

So what do you get for such a staggering sum? You can gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows of the 1,500-square-foot great room on the 77th floor for an unfettered view of Central Park. In fact, the high-rise built in 2011 boasts “the longest south-to-north views of Central Park ever offered in private residences.” We’d call the view priceless, but as we know, there’s quite a price tag.

The 6,240-square-foot unit includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and high-end features including high ceilings, Brazilian rosewood flooring in a herringbone pattern, handcrafted cabinetry, and opulent interiors done by Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen.

All the bedrooms are en suite with marbled showers and soaking tubs. The unit includes a private elevator that reaches the foyer of the home. No fumbling for the house key here.

With such a great building comes great amenities, including 24/7 doormen and concierge service, a fitness center, pet wash, private garage, screening room, and access to the services of the Park Hyatt Hotel. Residents can take advantage of the hotel spa, 24-hour room service, cleaning services, catering, and triple-height indoor pool overlooking Carnegie Hall.
