Fitness Update: Day 67. Nope, I’m not even kidding! 67 Days I’ve been working out. Being totally real with y’all, this week has been a bit of a challenge as far as nutrition goes. Spring break is in full effect and I’m getting my workouts in, but my diet has been sliding a bit. Too much eating out and snacking. But what can I say, this is real life, a process, and finding a perfect balance is tricky. I’m not giving up and I will definitely reach my goals, one day at at a time! One huge change through this journey so far has been my feelings about exercise. At first, I dreaded my daily workouts, trying to work them into my day was such a chore. Now I look forward to getting my workout in and it doesn’t feel like a chore anymore. That is huge! I really feel like exercise is becoming a routine part of my day and I couldn’t be happier. Working out is great…but working out in cute and functional clothing is even better! The past few months I’ve discovered several different workout wear options and I have an especially great site to introduce y’all to today!! I can’t even tell you how lucky I feel to have been able to partner up with NUX USA and share their phenomenal activewear with y’all. Honestly, it is top notch and exceeded all of my expectations. NUX USA generously sent me a pair of their V-Ankle Pants in Summit and their Infinity Adjustable T-Back Cami in Black. I have to admit, when they arrived I was a bit concerned. They looked tiny…like, really teeny tiny. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to fit into them. To my surprise both pieces slid on and fit like a glove. Both of these pieces are seamless; made to fit like a second skin and they surely do. So comfortable and a dream to workout in!
The V-Ankle Pant are a fitted legging, moderate compression pant, with a “v” waistband offering maximum support and comfort throughout your workout. They are made with microfiber nylon/spandex and woven with Aquarius® yarns which have sweat wicking properties leaving you dry and comfortable at the end of a tough workout. Since these yarns woven into the garment, they will never wash out and actually become stronger with each wash. I have been so impressed with the V-Ankle Pant and promise, once you put them on, you’ll never want to take them off. Super comfortable and cute enough to wear for your workout or even running errands around town. The color I received is “Summit” and I absolutely love the black and grey swirl design on the pant. So unique and right on trend with all the fun and funky leggings everyone is wearing. The Infinity Adjustable T-Back Cami is absolutely fabulous as well. I am a curvier girl; a bit busty if you will. This cami is impressively supportive and very flattering. It is perfect for running, yoga, pilates, and even HIIT workouts. It has a built in shelf bra, paneled ribbing, and adjustable straps to get a perfect fit. Again, once you put it on, you’ll fall in love. It comes in a variety of pretty colors; choose your favorite or grab a few ! I am already chomping at the bit to buy another piece from NUX USA; maybe that will be my present to myself when I complete my 90 day challenge. A little motivation to keep me going! Am I the only one who does that? We have to reward ourselves, right?!
