Details of this Position: In this newly created role you will be managing a portfolio of approx. 120 properties form an end to end basis, however no routine inspections or trust account work is required. There is also an admin team to assist you as well so you get to focus on managing properties, that’s it.

The Position: You will be managing up to 150 properties with a fellow team member, once you learn the ropes you will have the chance to train a junior as well! You will need to understand all aspects of Portfolio Management and really know what you have to do on a daily basis, if you don’t then please don’t apply. The good news, Monday to Friday, systems to die for and a really top boss as well!
VICTORIA
Position: Senior & Portfolio Manager 2 roles – Northern Suburbs

The Position: We are looking for an experienced and a not so experienced portfolio manager to join this very successful team in the Northern suburbs. Salary will depend on experience however we would expect that you would at least understand the duties that a property manager is expected to do and also have a good grasp on legislation as well.

Details of this Position: Leasing consultant extraordinaire, is this you? We have a “name brand” client that wants you – simple really. Your duties will include leasing rental properties as they become available from the rental department, these will be new properties to the company or from within the existing portfolio that the company has.
Position: Local Property Expert – Selected suburbs of Melbourne
Salary: OTE $180 – $220K
Details of this Position: After an amazing launch into the Melbourne market we are now launching phase 2 and are looking to talk with the best property professionals in for limited opportunities in Melbourne. To be considered you need to have at least 2 – 3 years current experience in Property in some capacity and hold a full Real Estate License or be prepared to obtain one. If you have those rare customer service skills that are combined with an entrepreneurial flair then this is YOU.
Position: Portfolio Manager – Laverton location
Software: REST
Salary: $60K plus car allowance
The Position: Manage your own portfolio in Laverton with all properties within a 15KM radius of the office so npo driving around town all day! You will also get to work with one of the market leaders who will give you all of the support that you need.
Managing a portfolio of approx 160 properties you will be responsible for the day to day running of the portfolio.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Position: Team Leader/Trust Accounts – Southern Suburbs

Salary: $70K plus more!
The Position: You will be not be managing any properties, you will be managing a small team of dedicated property managers though! So no hands on work allows you to use your skills to make sure the team works well. Trust account duties will be required so experience with MOM and EOM is vital for this role. The ability to be able to grow the rent roll would also be a real asset to you and the company, you will have the time to do this as well.
AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY
Position: Property Manager – Canberra
Software: REST & Filesmart
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 plus super + Iphone + Ipad
The Position: No weekends and 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday managing a portfolio of 130 propertie. The software is Rest and filesmart. The role is to take over a portfolio with a 4 to 6 week handover with the current Property Manager prior to them leaving.

The Position: You will have current Commercial Property Management experience and ideally located on the North Side. The role is to manage a portfolio of 40 buildings. Experience in Console software and an understanding of the Retail Leases ACT. The role will require leasing and contracts, collection of arrears, liaison with tenants and landlords and contractors. Managing all maintenance repairs to properties.
