We sorted through all of the posts—as well as news reports from the site and information from our exclusive data partner, Xceligent Inc.—to reveal the year’s top leases and sales for the office, industrial, and retail sectors, ranked by size (square footage).
CBRE’s Dave Anderson was involved in an impressive four of the top 10 industrial leases, with the Nathan Lawrence, Seth Kelly, Ryan Keiser, and Travis Sapaugh CBRE team involved in another two. Chris Teesdale and Tom Pearson of Colliers International also brokered two of the top 10 deals. On the landlord side, Duke Realty and Prologis each won three of the top 10 leases, with Hillwood securing two.
On the sales front, there is no disputing the heavyweight king: All 10 of the top 10 transactions were brokered by CBRE’s Jack Fraker and his team: Josh McArtor, Jonathan Bryan, Heather McClain Venegoni, and Ryan Thornton.
