Attached to the kitchen is the main room which doubles as the bedroom as well. The couch separates into two Twin Sized Trundle beds and the wall folds down to reveal a Queen Sized Murphy bed. Tropicana comfortably sleeps four guests and easily transitions between a living area and a sleeping area. This home also features indoor seating for four, a television with basic cable service, and air conditioning. Through the back door you will find an attached back porch with outdoor seating. Enjoy a meal outside at the table or soak up some sun on the lounge chair during the day.
Ocean Isles Fishing Village features the Key’s only heated Olympic sized pool that sits 26 feet above sea level. The waterfront and sunrise/sunset views from this pool are spectacular. The community also offers a scenic fishing dock, large playground, and on-site coin operated laundry. Enjoy the free WiFi in the community recreation room or cook out on one of the many BBQ grills.

BOAT DOCKAGE: Easy Ocean access slips with in and out service are available at the Boat House right here in Marathon at 12399 Overseas Hwy, Mile Marker 53 for $125.00 a week plus tax for the week or $30.00 a day. The trailer storage is $10.00 a day and to use the ramp each way is $10.00 as well. What a small price to pay to have the freedom of the Ocean under your feet. 305-481-0653
