Each house is constructed to rigid bio-secure standards dictated by the contract with Aviagen, The houses have full concrete floors, state of the art climate control, electric security perimeter fencing around the entire complex, shower-in, shower-out facilities for owners and guests, egg gathering and sorting equipment, storage and shipping area, self contained water treatment system and sewage disposal.
The breeder houses are located on 80 acres of land near the Long community in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. Also included is a 1,693 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, built in 1994, and extensively remodeled in 2014 at a cost of $95,000. The home has central electric air conditioning and propane heat, rural water, septic sewage disposal.
