If you want to keep that healthy shine to your hair, limit your use of any of these.
Styles
Love having your hair styled? While those hair styles might look good on you, a few of them could be having a bad effect on your hair. Styles that use clips, elastics and basically any that has you pulling your hair tight on a daily basis could lead to hair loss. So if you can, go for simpler cuts or hair styles that won’t require you to always pull your hair back from your face. This will help your hair stay healthy and prevent severe hair fall.

Make sure to wash your hair regularly. This will keep any head infections from happening. Clean hair and scalp have less chances of contracting any infection that could lead to hair loss. Remember not to brush wet hair too hard. You might be breaking off baby strands. If you must brush it at all, use a comb with wide teeth so it won’t the brush won’t get tangled with the hair.
Eat healthy
Eating healthy is one way to keep your hair in great shape. Make sure you get plenty of iron, protein, vitamin c, omega-3 fatty acids along with biotin and zinc. Some vegetarian women often find themselves lacking in iron. Don’t let that happen to you. Iron is often found in liver, pork, beef, fish and leafy greens, among other good sources. Protein is in white meat, milk, cheese, seafood and soy. Vitamin c, which helps your body absorb the iron, is often found in citrus fruits, baked potatoes, salmon and walnuts. Omega-3 fatty acids are in tuna, zinc in turkey and peanut butter and biotin in sunflower seeds, soybeans and walnuts.
