I was googling to find Mordechi Vanunu poem Stop This train so I could post poem on nuclear maddness, and came by his site on internet.
Im a life member with the Alliance of Atomic Veterans as I posted before.
In 1993 Anthony Gurisco and my self went to Israel to protest Vanunu confinement at Ahsklin Prison. We saw Mordechai as a Vangurd of Warning, Fellow veteran, and hero for his stand on the nuclear arms race. We were deported for protesting with out permit, Im very proud to have that honor. Vanunu served 18 years in solitary for exposeing the secret nuke program of Israel He spent those years for all of us.
PLEASE READ HIS HIstory, Then email the govt. of Israel and tell them to knock it off and give this man his freedom.

Dear Friends. Just to let you know the latest news in my case. The small change they give me in these restrictions few months ago, (30 minutes to speak to some one in the streets,), it did not make any real change. and my main target is to leave israel, not meeting any one here.the time of meeting foreigners is over. So I am ready to leave, when ever they will end these restrictions.
But before I am going to leave I discover by chance, they had prepared another block for my leaving, I found That I owe 100,000 Shekels to the israel main news paper Yediot Aharonot,because I lost a Libel suit against them in 2005, and the judge awarded them 36,000 shekels,not only they are allowed to publish lies about me,(that I am sending from prison instructions to the Palestinians how to make bombs), but also should pay them,because the lies come from the head of Shaback they can publish them,and they did not cause any damages to my name because my name reputation had been totally tarnished by my actions and my words, (that was the Judge verdict). So I found out I can not open bank account,I can not have passport,I can not leave the country,and more. I spoke with my Lawyer Feldman who also did some mistakes in this case Like he appeal this verdict, but did not come to the court, so the appeal was dismissed.
So he contact the Lawyer of the News paper, and they agree to reduce the amount to the the verdict, that is 40,000 shekels. So now I have to pay this amount before any future leaving israel,any help from you are very welcome. Just to let you know, the police called me on March 24. Then they took me to a room where 2 Shaback people were waiting for me. The Shaback people warned me not to meet any foreigners.
On 21 of April the police came to Jerusalem hotel, where I was meeting 2 Americans. They took me to the police station, questions for 2 hours.
May 5, the police came to the American Colony where I was sitting with 2 foreigners, they checkws my Id card, their passports, and left. On June 23, they called me to come to question me about the May 5 meeting.
They say I am not allowed meeting any foreigners. All foreigners. But I am meeting and talking non stop to all kind of foreigners.
The main issue is Freedom to leave israel, to be out of israel.

From Hiroshima to Fukushima,
My Hiroshima message in 2012 is: Only after Hiroshima, Fukushima, Japan and the rest of the world are wild awake, and acting very decisively against the danger of atomic weapons, and now also ending nuclear energy.
It was not enough for Japan and Germany to see the disaster of Hiroshima, they needed also to see the catastrophe of Fukushima accident.
The Hiroshima tragedy was a catastrophe which brought to the world the birth of atomic weapons. This nuclear test on human beings and a city of civilians did not teach the world to stop all the nuclear production. Rather the opposite: the super powers and other small states like Israel moved to produce and engaged in NWs production, proliferation.
At the same time, this Hiroshima catastrophe was a big obstacle to any use of any atomic bombs, during all the cold war. Hiroshima photos of all the victims were in the mind and that kept all the world wild awake during all the cold war, to prevent any use of nuclear weapons again. And it has never been used again.
The end of the cold war sent all the world free from the fear of nuclear war. But the world is still in danger of some small states, like here in the Middle East who can use the Bombs. Also, the world has still many nuclear bombs, and we want all the world free from any nuclear bombs.
States like Japan, Germany, Canada, France and others did not realized the danger of nuclear actives, and moved in full speed to build many nuclear reactors for energy. The Chernobyl accident was not enough to wake up all the world to end nuclear energy.
So the world needed a new catastrophe in Japan to wake up all the Japanese people and the rest of the world, from that dangers of nuclear accident and the danger of all the materials that had been produced from the use of nuclear energy. The catastrophe of Fukushima send the world to demand freedom also from any use of nuclear energy.
So my 2012 Hiroshima, Fukushima Message is: End all nuclear weapons in the world including the Middle East, also in Israel. What Israel wants for itself all the M E. want. End Nuclear weapons everywhere including in Israel. Dimona or all the M E.will have Nuclear weapons exactly like in Dimona.
The second message of Fukushima from Japan is that a very Industrial state like Japan can work and produce without any Nuclear Energy.
All the world can be free from Nuclear weapons, and also from Nuclear Energy. 100 years ago the world was hungry for new Energy, and was running very fast to adopt all kind of nuclear energy. Now after 100 years the world has had enough from nuclear energy, and the world learn to work and survive without any use of nuclear energy.

June 6 2012 - The High Court of 'Justice' denied My petition to renounce israel citizenship due to the fact it wasn't submitted to the appropriate channels. it take over a year before The 'Justice' system informed Me and my lawyers of the "appropriate channels"?.
So now my lawyer will follow these instructions and will submit new petition.
But all this is not justifying to keep me here in israel many more years.1986-2012.?
May 18 2012 - All the restrictions now have been renewed, no changes.
The 9Th' year with all the restrictions continue.
The court hearing - to cancel israel citizenship- is June 6 Th.
Jan 18 2012 - I moved back to East Jerusalem.

Nov 29 2011 - Now the judge decided they will hear the case when,?,the clerics will tell as very soon.
I saw what they wrote,they wrote very short,repeating again and again that this law is new and my case is 20 years ago,so it can not be use for my case.
I spoke with Feldman my lawyer,I told him it does not matter this Law,I am asking them to revoke my citizenship ,with this law or without this Law,as I asked them in 1998. at that time they answer I need to have other different citizenship.But with this new law they can take any citizen his citizenship even if he don't have other citizenship. So it will take more months until the court will decide.

Atom whistleblower Mordechai Vanunu, petitioning in the High Court hearing, said that "everyone knows that Israel has atomic weapons, if Obama wants a world without nuclear weapons HE needs to strive for freedom."
"United States President Barack Obama should demand my freedom. He wants a world without nuclear weapons", he said today (Monday) after his case was heard before the Supreme Court.
Vanunu appealed through his lawyers, Avigdor Feldman and Michael Sfard, against a sentence of three months of community service imposed on him after he violated orders prohibiting him from speaking with foreigners.
Feldman claimed the govt refuses to debate Vanunu service jobs in West Jerusalem, where he fears harassment and violence towards him, and can not perform community service in East Jerusalem because he said he was informed community service can be performed "only in Israel". He claimed the emergency order issued against Vanunu belongs to "the most archaeological layer as the essence of our life now" because they were issued by British High Commissioner in 1945, allowing anyone to impose restrictions on military civilians.

Here is the appeal decision,
Today we went to the district court,to hear the 3 judges sentence for my appeal against 6 months prison for speaking to foreign Media.
The sentence by the 3 judges was 3 months prison, instead of 6 months.
They again found me guilty for speaking to foreign media.
We can try to appeal this sentence in the supreme court.
So I can be free until we will hear from the supreme court.

Today July 8th the district court of East Jerusalem heard my appeal against the 6 months prison sentence.
The 3 judges heard it with some openness, and with some sympathy to my lawyers' arguments.
But only when we see their sentence in Sept, then we will see if they really
agree with my lawyers criticising all these orders not to speak to foreigners.
The court hearing was attended by many supporters and Friends, from Israel,

Today I was in the court, appealing the 6 months prison sentence.
The 3 judges tried to convince the Gov' Lawyer to find for me community service in East Jerusalem.
But without success.
So the 3 judges decided to hear the appeal on July 8, at 13:00.
After that we will get their sentence again, if 6 months prison, or some thing else.
All this after 18 years in Israel prison, plus 4 years under new restrictions not to leave this country.

He said the Israel govt sent us a letter telling us they decided to renew all the restrictions again the 5th' year.
That means no changes in my situation here.
Not allowed to leave this country since 1986.

Now we need real action by Norge or any other state.

My lawyer and prosecuter want to move it to different day.
All this means Israel just continues what they have done since my release in 2004, delaying and holding me here for more long time, instead of sending me for real freedom.
