This episode features a conversation on the NATO3 case and the experiences of Mark "Migs" Neiweem as one of those entrapped by the Chicago Police undercovers, alongside Sebastian "Sabi" Senakiewicz, and the NATO3 (Brian Jacob Church, Brent Betterly & Jared Chase) during the North Atlantic Treaty Organization conference in that city in May of 2012, at the height of the Occupy movement.
Migs talks about interactions with undercover cops, in particular Mehmet Oygun & Nadia Chikko (Mo & Gloves, un-respectively). He then goes on to talk about the protest, the infiltration of peaceful dissent groups and street medics, his time in prison and why he decided to take a non-cooperating plea that would release him with time served even before the NATO3 went to trial. Sabi was deported to Poland after a short stint in prison and 4 month in a bootcamp in the U.S. Migs then goes on to detail what it was like relying on prison support like Anarchist Black Cross after he'd participated in that sort of work prior to the NATO-related arrest.
