Mobile shopping app Spring launched earlier this year to plenty of fashion-world fanfare. LVMH's Bernard Arnault is a backer, and everyone from Eva Chen to Rachel Zoe is singing its praises on the app's iTunes Store page.

Here's the gist: Spring lets you shop hundreds of brands like Alexander Wang and 3.1 Phillip Lim straight from your iPhone—you can follow specific brands, shop exclusives, browse themed collections, and buy merchandise dangerously easy.

Naturally, Spring's team puts the same amount of careful selection into their own outfits as they do the clothes featured on the app. Below, check out what staffers wear to work in their bright Soho loft office.

April Uchitel, Chief Brand Officer, is wearing a Jonathan Simkhai top, Thakoon skirt, Isa Tapia booties, Jennifer Fisher cuffs, Times Arrow bag, Céline glasses from Selima Optic, and Cruella by Nars lipstick.

What's your staple work outfit?

A large part of my job is running around the city meeting with Spring brands, so my outfits tend to start with the shoes. I live in my Saint Laurent leopard slip-ons; Acne or Margiela ankle boots; skinny jeans and army pants from J Brand, Current Elliot, IRO, and Nili Lotan; chunky knits by Ryan Roche and Ulla Johnson; and tees and jackets from Isabel Marant, Band of Outsiders, Laveer, and Jonathan Simkhai.

Your closet is on fire! What one item do you save from the flames?

The Bottega Veneta motorcycle boots I splurged on nine years ago when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, Luella. They get better with age and will one day be passed down to her.

What are your beauty must-haves?

I'm obsessed with Matt/Dew by Make Cosmetics; Nars Velvet Matt Lip Pencils in Cruella and Dragon Girl; Restorsea Rejuvenating Day Cream; REN V-Cleanse Revitalizing Night Cream; and Lucas' Pawpaw ointment.

What's your go-to brand?

I have so many—and the best part is that nearly all of them are available on Spring!

What's your online shopping weakness?
The Real Real. It's an awesomely curated luxury resale site. My trick is to search with tags and then shop from all the unworn items.

Who would you swap wardrobes with in a heartbeat?

Emmanuelle Alt, the editor in chief of French Vogue.

What other app besides Spring do you consider to be the most crucial?

Instagram! I love to see how brands use it to promote themselves, showcase products, and inspire their followers, and how it informs what they do (and can do) on Spring!

Podcast. I've jumped on the Serial bandwagon.

What was your first job?

I was in the Nutcracker at Lincoln Center when I was 8. I got paid $10 a performance before taxes. I think I bought a Boyz II Men tape with my earnings.

What's your staple work outfit?

My Veda leather motorcycle jacket. When I was a kid, I dreamt of having a Harley-Davidson and a pick-up truck. The jacket seems to fit better in my New York apartment.

What other app besides Spring do you consider to be the most crucial?

I recently became a fan of Omnifocus, a productivity app that I rely on to keep myself organized and on time for everything. I've tried using other similar apps before, but feel like this one is the most intuitive and user-friendly.
