The 2015 Teen Choice Awards begin tonight at 8:00 pm EST on Fox. For an authentic all-knowing youth experience, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the 14- to 26-year-old celebrities that'll be accepting giant surfboards.
Either on purpose or coincidently, the Teen Choice Award nominations cast several lingering feuds in stark relief. For example, in the category for Choice Country Artist, the recently divorced Miranda Lambert is pitted against ex-husband Blake Shelton. (Nominations in that category, however, were announced a couple weeks before the divorce came to light.)
More pointedly, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry have all been nominated for Social Media Queen, churning up one of the most glorious Twitter feuds of the summer.
And the best by far: In the category for Choice Male Hottie, nominations include Zayn Malik all on his lonesome, plus his former bandmates from One Direction as a group. Can Zayn's hotness out-hot all four boyband members, combined? This is how you drama, folks.
