Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the bases of the performance in All India Competitive Examination. The examination will be of three hours duration with question paper containing the following three sections:

Choice of Examination Centre
The examination centre will be at Shillong i.e., Circle Headquarter City of the CGM NE-I Circle concern. Examination centre may be shifted if required at the sole discretion of BSNL.
Scale of pay
Rs. 16400-40500 with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus HRA, perks, Medical benefits etc. as admissible as per Company rules
How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format neatly typed (only on one side of paper) in A4 size (30 cms x 20 cms) “Application for JTOs (Telecom) Examination-2013 for PWD” and send through Registered post to The DGM (HR), O/o the Chief General Manager, BSNL, NE-1 Circle, Shillong-793001 on or before 05-09-2014.
List of Enclosures
Three identical passport size photographs out of which one should be pasted (not stapled or pinned) on the application form, duly attested, and other two attached to the application (not to be pasted or attested) Two self addressed unstamped envelopes 27 x 12 ems size. Medical certificate in respect of Physically Disability.
Certificates of apprentice training if undertaken in BSNL successfully.
Attested copy of Engineering degree certificates & Mark sheet.
Age proof certificate.
Attested copy of Caste certificate in case of SC/ ST/OBC.
Certificate for candidates of Ex servicemen.
