Changes to be Noted
You will need to change the setting on Process Model if [Abort task (token will not move)] option to [Action at Deadline] has been selected.
A Warning message is shown on the Process Model
Although it is still available on the Process Model that has been Released already, you cannot Release a new version of it.
You need to modify to other than this option if you want to Release the new version of existing Process Model.
This option is scheduled to be abolished in the future. We ask you to change the settings of the Process Models which warning message are displayed.
Password that is the same as [Login Password] will be no longer available for [API password] for Basic Authentication in Developer API.
Please click on the [Generate new password] button if a message of “API Password has not been generated yet” is shown on [API Password] < [Password] < [Account Setting].
Set up new password in your applications and programs which accessing to Developer API by Basic Authentication.
If you haven’t created password with [Generate New Password] on the beforehand, new “API Password” will be issued forcibly upon this version upgrading.
Changed the Supporting usage environment.
Included Windows 8.1 in System Requirement. (Excluded Windows 8 from System Requirement.)
Included IE11 in System Requirement.

Normal User
Workflow
Task Operation
Enabled to handle Tasks which you have selected in [My Tasks] sequentially.
The next Task Operating screen opens sequentially upon finishing a Task.
Shortened the time that the message window of confirmation of finishing a Task to be closed automatically.
Improved the interface of File type data item on screens of Task Operating or Process Detail.
Long File name will be omitted as “…” to fit the display width.
Does not display Thumbnail when it is in four columns row.
Changed the name of the button of [Quit] on Task Operating screen to [Quit without Save]. A confirmation dialogue appears upon clicking on it.
Fixed following Bugs:
When Input error occurs , data that has been posted in Discussion type data item on Task Operating screen will not be shown.
This happens only on normal Task Operating screen. It won’t happen when [Advanced layouts] is used.
There are some cases where it is not the layouts you have designed, if an item was set as hidden and the Task Operation screen has been set columns.
On the screen for Smart Phone, an error occurs when you try to Operate a [Team Task] which has been operated by other User. (HTTP 500)
With Chrome browser, “⋅” appears on the top of choices in select box for selecting the position of the operator when [Advanced Layout] is used on the Task Operating screen.
Process Detail
Changed the “Process Detail” screen for Smart Phone to hide Events and Tasks other than “Human Tasks”.更
Improved the Interface of File type data on “Process Detail” screen.
Improved the message of “You are not authorized” to be displayed in the following case.
Tried to see a Process Detail of [Offered] Task which other User has already undertaken.
Tried to see a Process Detail of [Team Task] which other User has already finished.
Fixed following Bugs:
“Icon of who has Operated the Task” might be displayed despite the processing has not arrived to the Step in the “Status” display in Process Detail screen.
The error message which is shown when [Delegate] after the status of the Task has been changed is not correct. (A message purport of “There are no other candidates” is displayed)
Process Search / Task Search
Speeding up the displaying of the interface of “Search form” for specifying search criteria.
Improved the design of completion page for [Terminate] and [Delete] to be the same as Process Detail screen.
Changed the select box to choose “Process Model” for Process Search, etc., to display Categories in sorting by Category name.
Unified the location of [Refresh] button (left in the row) in the screens to indicate a list such as [My Tasks].
Fixed following Bugs:
Message of “System failed to retrieve data from server” will be displayed when you try to Refresh the list of [My Tasks], etc., in the state of Not Logged in.
“Login session was closed…” is the proper message.
In the select box to choose “Process Model” for Process Search, etc, the operation of opening and closing of the category might not work properly.
On Chrome browser, “⋅” is shown in the select box when you add [Step name] to the filter upon specifying search criteria for Task search.
Running Processes
Processing (Tokens) that are stagnated at other than [Human Task] are also shown on the Heat map (Process Diagram Chart; a flow chart which shows the stagnating situation)
[Timer Intermediate Event] and [Catching Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)] are the subject to be displayed.
The function of narrowing down lists by clicking on the Icon is not provided.
Changed the Bar chart on the Heat map (Process Diagram Chart) to indicate the “Status” by different colors.
Added a select box to select a Process Model that switching the target Heat map.
Abolished the button of [Summary of all Process Models].
Fixed following Bugs:
JavaScript error occurs when you try to display a Process Model which has no “Running Process”.
Others
Auto-login will be disabled when you logged in without checking [Auto Login] on the login page, even if you were in the state of capable of auto login.
Changed the icon on the following buttons.
Button of [Start Selected Processes] on top of the list in [Start] menu
Button of [Accept selected tasks] on top of the list in [Offered] menu
Fixed following Bugs:
Javascript error occurs in almost all pages if “French” is selected in the language setting.
Screen goes blank due to an error (HTTP 403) when you try to login by “Single Sign-on (SAML)” at login page in a state of enabling Auto login.
The background color changes to white when you narrow the display width of your browser.
Task Feed / Dashboard / Account Setting
Maximum limit of number of characters (8000) has been set to a post to [Task Feed].
Improved the interface to specify “Share post with” on [Task Feed].
Added two more types of “Running Processes” chart to [Dashboard]; [Pie chart of Summary], [Heat map (Process Diagram chart].
“Process ID / Process Model ID” in [Popular Topics] is converted to “Title / Process model name” in both of [Task Feed] and [Dashboard].
Integrated two notification setting menus (Workflow / Task Feed) into one “Notification” setting menu.
Adjusted the frequency of retrieving [Notification message].
Fixed following Bugs:
“Share post with” (right next to User Name) may not be correctly displayed in the Message search results of Task Feed.
(Unspecified)” is indicated where it should be “Follower”.
“Follower” is indicated where it should be “(Unspecified)”.
Message such as “No Tasks” or “No Topics” may be displayed during data loading in Dashboard
The screen of [Notification: Workflow] in [Account Setting] goes blank when “Chinese” has been selected in language setting.
Process Owner (Workflow administrator)
Process Detail screen will be displayed in [Administrator Mode] after performing [Reallocate] or [Edit Data].
Workflow Designer
Service Task (PDF generation)
Enabled to insert Image files (File type data items) into PDF document.
File format: GIF/JPEG/PNG, File size: less than 100KB
Files which do not satisfy above condition will not be inserted.
Enabled to insert management information of Workflow platform such as “Process ID” or “Process Start Date” into Pdf document.
Added an option of “delete other files when saving” to the setting of [file type data item to save the PDF file]
All the files that has been attached to the subject File type data item will be cleared.
The appearance of “PDF Template sample” gets closer to the display on “Process Detail screen”.
Other items
Added [Annotation] icon newly to Process Diagram.
You can describe “Note or Remarks” on Workflow chart, now.
Added an option of “Allow to clear the required data item” to [Service Task (Data assignment)] and to [Script Task].
You can leave Required Data item as “Blank (no input)”.
For [Message Start Event (Email)], if the processing of Start newly by received email fails, it will retry only once.
A Warning message is shown on Process Model when [Abort task (token will not move)] option to [Action at Deadline] has been selected in the property screen of [Human Task].
Although it is still available on the Process Model that has been Released already, you cannot Release a new version of it.
You need to modify to other than this option if you want to Release the new version of existing Process Model.
This option is scheduled to be abolished in the future. We ask you to change the settings of the Process Models which warning message are displayed.
Fixed following Bugs:
Unexpected error occurs when receiving a value to be input error (invalid format value) in “Message Start Event”.
When receiving invalid format value in a Numeric type data item (editable) in which a calculation formula has been set.
On requesting by application/json format in [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)], correct value of Numeric type data within Table type data may not be submitted.
Values that Comma (,) within the input value has been omitted will be submitted if comma has been configured as decimal point.
Process Model Editing
Name of the data type has been set at Data item name upon newly adding in the [process Data item setting] screen.
You can delete arranged items also by the “Back space key” on the [Process Diagram setting] screen.
Shortened the time to automatically close the message window at Saving a Process Model.
Fixed following Bugs:
Some of the [Label] of option in Select type data items are incorrectly indicated as “Options”.
The display of the icon to the right of a Process Model Name on the process Model list has been shifted lower when viewed in Firefox.
System Administrator
Expanded the maximum limit of [ Limitation on the Number of Running Processes (quota)]
Changed to “LIcense number (number of seats) plus 100″ from ‘100 Process start in every 15 minutes’.
E.g. the quota is “150 Process Start in every 15 minutes” if have contracted for ‘SaaS 50′.

Added a Link to [System Operational Status] on the Left side menu on [System Setting].
Enabled to specify “NameID Format (NameIDPolicy)” in Single Sign-on (SAML) setting.
You can collaboration Single Sign-on with; e.g. Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
Fixed following Bugs:
Proper error message does not appear on [Process Log] screen upon occurence of Timeout, etc.
Selectbox for “Parent Organization” may not appear on property edit screen of [Organization].
System Engineer
Password that is the same as ‘Login Password’ is no longer available for ‘API password’ for Basic Authentication in Developer API.
Please create a new [API Password] and change the password for Basic Authentication for applications, etc that are using [Developer APIs] to it, if there are accounts that [API password] and [Login Password] are the same.
If you haven’t created password with [Generate New Password] on the beforehand, new “API Password” will be issued forcibly upon this version upgrading.
Application / Use Environment / System Platform
Changed the Notification setting of “System Administrator (Initial User)” to be the same as the setting upon [Creating New User] when newly applying for service.
Performance improvement by reviewing memory usage
Unified the session information management into Cookie.
Enhanced the security on HTTP Request transmission method.
Upgraded the version of Apache Struts to 2.3.20 from 2.3.16.2.
Included Windows 8.1 in System Requirement.
Excluded Windows 8 from System Requirement.
Included IE11 in System Requirement.
We are going to change our support policy for IE to meet Microsoft policy after january 12th 2016, which we will support only the latest version of IE available to respective OS.

Plans of Future Changes
We are planning to alter the following specifications and system platform in the future versions.
We will abolish [Abort task (token will not move)] option to [Action at Deadline].
Existing configuration will operate for the time being, but It will not work after the abolition.
Please change the setting to the option that utilizing [Boundary Event]; [Abort task (Token will move to Boundary Event)].
We will change HTTP Response upon processing error on [Message Start Event], [Catching Message Intermediate Event] to “400” from “500”.
For program that describes the processing based on the HTTP response code, you will need a change.
We are going to change our support policy for IE to meet Microsoft policy after january 12th 2016, which we will support only the latest version of IE available to respective OS.
