The Thermador Ultimate Entertaining Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry.

The Thermador Ultimate Entertaining Sweepstakes begins on/about 5:00 p.m. PT August 15, 2013 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT January 6, 2014.

First Prizes will be one (1) “kitchen gadget,” as chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By way of illustration only, “kitchen gadgets” may include utensils, oven mitts, cutting board sets, bake ware, serving trays. Total ARV per month no more than $300. Specific First Prize for each month (including approximate retail value [ARV]) will be posted on www.facebook.com/Thermador and www.thermador.com.

Grand Prize for September
One (1) Culinary Adventure prize package to New Orleans, Louisiana for winner ONLY. Grand Prize winner must be able to travel November 11 – 14, 2013 (Monday – Thursday); if winner is unavailable on such dates, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation of any
kind and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining qualified entries received for September, time permitting. Prize package includes 4-day/3-night hotel (standard, single occupancy and room tax only) accommodations (as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion) in New Orleans at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. Prize package is subject to availability and additional restrictions. A guided tour of the Crescent City Farmers Market with Poppy Tooker, culinary icon and author of the Crescent City Farmers Market Cookbook. An afternoon
at the New Orleans Cooking Experience’s unique venue with a lesson with Poppy Tooker and a Louisiana lunch. A guided tour and program at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum. A French Quarter walking tour with Poppy Tooker including food tastings. Food including
beignets and café au lait at the world-famous Café du Monde; breakfast at Stanley’s and dinner at the award winning restaurant Cochon. All meals exclude alcoholic beverages, food voucher amounts included are as follows: Stanley’s: $25:00, Cafe du Monde: $6:00, Cochon:
$84:00. Winner agrees to conduct him/herself at all times in a respectful, socially acceptable and appropriate manner; this includes but is not limited to all interaction with Poppy Tooker. If winner fails to do so (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), trip will be immediately terminated and Sponsor will have no further liability or obligation to winner.
