Good morning! Happy Friday. Hope you’ve had a good week and I hope you’re heading into a 3-day weekend! Anyone doing anything fun? I’m glad this week is wrapping up – we’ve all been sick at least one day this week – all taking turns. We have a broody chicken who is throwing off our egg-laying and my house is a disaster. Looking forward to a long weekend!
But I have enjoyed the sunshine this week. And so have my kids. Although I haven’t planted a thing in my garden (I’m horrible, I know!) we have been outside a lot and soaking in these beautiful spring days. I snapped this photo of my daughter outside yesterday – she’s wearing a dress we got at Goodwill for under $2 and I’m absolutely in love with it. And her. Of course. #Grateful for bright smiles and bright days.
And while I’m talking about gratefulness – THANK YOU to all of you who like Queen Bee on Facebook. Last night we passed 70,000 “likes” and I’m so thankful for the Facebook interaction, shares and dialogue we have over there. I know there are hundreds of frugal blogs out there – so I don’t take your “like” for granted. Facebook is your personal social space and I’m honored that you let me in, I won’t take advantage of that.
