Good morning! How are you doing today? I hope your week is going well. This week the weather has been gorgeous here in the Northwest. My daughter and I spent part of the morning yesterday at the park and it felt like full-on spring complete with cherry blossoms and warm temps. And I guess the weather will be sticking around through the weekend – which means we need to get some work in the yard done!
We had leftovers for dinner last night and plan to grill tonight – thanks to patties and hamburger buns from the freezer – still working on that pantry challenge! 
If you’re looking for a new salad recipe – this New Waldorf Salad with lemon-tarragon vinaigrette is AMAZING. The dressing is delicious and I love the spice from the arugula, the tartness of the granny smith apples. the saltiness from the parmesan cheese — it’s really good. I hope you like it!!
