Good morning! Hoping you’re having a great morning so far. I did NOT want to get out of bed this morning. Just one of those days, I guess. But I’m up and the deals look great so far this morning – so let’s hope this stays true for the day!
Yesterday I ran some errands and stopped into Fred Meyer to get some groceries. I am really in love with Fred Meyer lately. Their prices are consistently strong, their produce great, lots of markdowns – I just really feel like they are standing out from a lot of other stores lately. I’d say Winco is a close second with good overall pricing. What do y’all think? What are your favorite grocery stores?
I was thinking about making chili yesterday but instead I picked up stuff for tacos and we had a big ole taco feast last night. I think my 9-year-old boy must have had 4 tacos – and he rarely eats like that! We supplemented the meat with my favorite spanish rice in the rice cooker recipe and some marked down Wholly Guacamole (combined with a printable coupon, of course).
Speaking of printable coupons, I think there are some great printable coupons right now. Being early in the month and a new year, the manufacturers have new marketing budgets and we’re seeing strong coupons because of that!
I mentioned this yesterday and it’s still true! Nordstrom has more than 2000 items marked down 60% off or more. I like to sort low-to-high first and then I’ll sort by categories (using the menu options on the left). Nordstom orders ship FREE! We found some great deals on Women’s boots and booties, Women’s apparel and accessories, kid’s clothing and accessories, markdowns on cute holiday decor and more.
