I know the first time we made plans to go to Disney I had no idea how many weeks in advance I would need to make reservations for specific restaurants or activities!
Looking for a little adventure closer to home? In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, more than 100 national parks are waiving the entrance fees today – Monday, January 16! Go to the National Park Service website for a list of participating parks. The National Park Service also has an easy-to-use directory of parks by name, location, activity and topic.
And today is the last day to get FREE entry to Washington State Parks in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The Discover Pass is not required to visit state parks on free days.
