Good morning! So glad it’s Friday. Do you have any plans this weekend? We are doing some work around the house – we might finally get around to painting our bedroom – which has been on our “to do” list for three years since we moved in. It’s a horrid lavender/purple and we’ll be changing it to an exciting beige (I think, I have the worst time with decisions)! It’s the taping that keeps people from painting – I’m fairly certain – it’s such a tedious job. Maybe I’ll share some before-after photos if we work on it this weekend. . .I always have the best plans, but they don’t always come to fruition.

I haven’t shared a shopping trip in awhile. Honestly I haven’t been doing much shopping – mostly trying to stick to our stockpile and just picking up produce here and there. But this morning I stopped into QFC to pick up the pork shoulder roast for $1.79 a pound (for pulled pork!) and found some great markdowns!
