Good morning! Happy FRIDAY! Do you have any plans this weekend? The kids stayed at Grammie’s house last night, one last hurrah before school starts and they can’t stay over as much. So Mr. Queen Bee and I picked up Indian food for dinner last night, watched the first show/episode of Sherlock Holmes (I think it’s going to be a great series, do you watch it?!) and then woke up and went for a 3-mile walk this morning together. Grateful for helpful Grammies, early morning walks and simple date nights with my husband. 
While I was over at Grammie’s yesterday she showed me these new McDonald’s gift cards she picked up! These Seahawks McDonald’s gift cards are probably only sold in Western Washington locations, but would make great door prizes for Seahawks game parties! You can load any value on them. If you haven’t gotten the memo yet, we are completely crazy and we have family Seahawks parties, nearly every game, with my husband’s extended family. We have drawings at every quarter for door prizes. The parties are usually potluck style and everyone contributes to prizes. So although I’m not a fan of McDonald’s per se, they could make an awesome gift for someone who is. I hope that Starbucks brings back their Starbucks Seahawks gift cards – those are something I could really rally behind again!
