Yesterday over on our travel blog I shared a post on family-friendly things to do near Spearfish, South Dakota. We really enjoyed the Spearfish area – we also took a day trip south to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse – which I’ll share more about later.
Here’s a fun summer salad, this Black Quinoa Salad – super easy to make and the flavors are nice and refreshing. You could use red or plain quinoa as well, but I like the contrasting color of the black quinoa.
