Last night for dinner I pulled out BOTH crockpots – one for the Mississippi Pot Roast and one for the crockpot mashed potatoes. Eight hours later, I took out some of the drippings from the roast and whipped up a gravy, cooked up some vegetables and viola – we had wonderful dinner with minimal work.
