Kids 12 and under stay and eat free when sharing a room with a paying adult at the following resorts: Beach Palace, Cozumel Palace, Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Moon Palace Jamaica Grande.
Up to $2,500 in resort credits
Amount varies based on length of stay. Guests are entitled to $2,500 in resort credits per room/stay (12+ nights); $2,000 in resort credits (9- to 11-night stay); $1,500 in resort credits (5- to 8-night stay); $750 in resort credits (4-night stay); $500 in resort credits (3-night stay).
The resort credit can be applied towards in-destination purchases of select tours, spa and beauty treatments, a romantic dinner, chef's dinner, Vacation Memories and wedding packages. Unused credits can be valid for up to one year from the checkout date and are transferable once to one guest and are not combinable with other unused credit transfers. Unused resort credit does not apply towards spa services.
Spa/ Beauty Salon: Guests can’t use remaining credit on spa experiences. Not combinable with another unused credit transfer.
Weddings: Resort credit does not apply to any other extras or optional services. Resort credit is only applicable towards wedding collections with a price value of $3,000 or higher and must be used in its entirety. If Resort credit is not used toward a wedding package, all other services and amenities must be requested upon arrival. All services require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service. No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No-shows are charged at full price.
Romantic Dinner: Romantic dinners are for adults and for couples only. Does not apply to parties of more than two people. Resort credit may not be used to purchase romantic dinners at other resorts.
Scuba Diving: The maximum amount that can be applied to scuba depends on the length of stay. Beginners and non-certified divers can opt for Discover Scuba Diving. For Isla Mujeres Palace the maximum amount for diving (1-tank) or Discover Scuba diving is $300 for a stay of 5-8 nights and $150 for stays of 3 or 4 nights.
Vacation Memories/Resort Credit Shop: Applicable taxes and fees can be paid with cash, credit card or other authorized means, and are subject to changes based on local VAT.
Chef´s dinner is not available for kids at Sun Palace.
Golf: Resort credit is applicable for golf rounds at regular price. Golf rounds include early fee, green fee, twilight fee and junior fee and exclude all other fees. Resort credit can also be used toward lessons at the Moon Palace Golf Academy in Mexico. Resort credit cannot be used towards clubs or shoe rental or purchase of other products.
Additional Restrictions for Cozumel Palace and Isla Mujeres Palace: Resort credit for golf at Cozumel Palace and Isla Mujeres Palace may be used on the aforementioned concepts at golf courses operated by Palace Resorts, but do not include transportation to and from the golf courses.
Moon Palace Jamaica Grande: Resort credit does not apply for golf, golf academy or scuba diving at this property.
Unlimited golf: Unlimited rounds of golf per adult per stay at the Moon Spa & Golf Club or the Riviera Cancun Golf Club, transportation to and from the course, and golf balls for practice. Food and beverages on the course and in the clubhouse at Moon Spa & Golf Club are also included (does not apply to Riviera Cancun Golf Club). Mandatory fee applies for golf cart, and is paid directly to the course. The $500-$2,500 resort credits are not valid with this option. Other restrictions may apply.
