Here is a brief of the commercial. A senior man orders a book. The book is titled “English For Beginners.” The man is on a mission to learn a new language.
The man’s quest to learn English is marked with hilarious scenes. You even wonder why he goes through that entire struggle.
When he learns a new word, he pins a note with the item name. For instance, he attaches a sticky note written “dog “on his dog’s nose. We see him rehearsing while on a train. He says “I love. You are perfect,” and a woman seated in front of him assumes she is the one being addressed
On Christmas day, he bids his dog and wife goodbye. On the plane, he is practicing his English oral skills. The man gets to his son’s house. Luckily for him, he can communicate with his grandchild.
The commercial was created by Bardzo, a Warsaw-based agency. It is the best Christmas commercial you will watch this year.
