Strap on that headset as Codemasters released its VR support to DiRT Rally. The VR compatibility upgrade will is available as a standalone DLC Add-On for existing players at £9.99 on the PlayStation Store.
Resogun 4K +HDR patch is out now and also includes some vfx additions and bug fixes. In a nutshell, it’s a free update for everyone who already owns Resogun, and those who don’t – now’s the best time to get it. It’s available for the PS4 and PS4 Pro.
The bandicoot is back as Activision and the development team at Vicarious Visions bring Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy to PS4 on June 30th.
It is a collection of remasters of the first three games in the Crash Bandicoot series: Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back and Warped, which were originally developed by Naughty Dog for the PlayStation. Get ready to jump on those TNT Crates all over again!
JanduSoft S.L released news of Caveman Warriors. The game is coming to PS4 later this Spring/Summer.
Baboon! is a game in which you need to scale vertically to a finish line up in the sky whilst avoiding enemies and hazards. The twist is you can’t jump, so you need to Baboon Shake The Room by placing a bomb under your bum (a bumb?) and in the process launch yourself up to the next platform. Baboon! was released in early 2015 on PS Vita and was a hit with us. Spanish developer Relevo tell us they are now just about ready to bring their game to PS4. This remastered edition will feature rich 1080p graphics with a constant 60fps rate, along with lots of upgrades and improvements on control, options and balancing. Let’s cut to the chase. Is Baboon! good? Yes. But prepare to go Planet of the Apesh*t because this game will drive you absolutely bananas. Baboon! is the bomb!
Wizard Fu Games and publisher Double Eleven announced that they are bringing Songbringer, a procedurally generated action RPG to PS4 this Summer. The game is set in a 13,000 B.C. Milky Way, and features spaceships, drugs, parties and adventures. What’s not to like about this one?
Ultimate Chicken Horse is a family-friendly party-platformer from Clever Endeavour Games that will launch later this year. In Ultimate Chicken Horse, players build a level with friends as they play, making a stage too difficult for others to complete, but not too hard for themselves to beat.
Independent game publisher Chilled Mouse announced that their music puzzle title Chime Sharp is coming to PS4 on February 21st. Described as a crossover between a music sequencer and Tetris, Chime Sharp tasks players to place various shapes together in a race against the clock while the passing beatline reads the blocks as notes, remixing melodies from electronic tracks.
Independent developer Sumo Digital, the studio behind AAA blockbuster Sonic & All-Stars Racing: Transformed and LittleBigPlanet 3, announced that Snake Pass, it’s slithery physics platformer, will launch on PS4 March 28th in North America and March 29th.
PlayStation Blog released the news of Mothergunship, a game that mixes bullet-hell intensity with the shooting, customization, and traversal of the first-person genre. It’s a randomly generated shooter with crafting being one of the core concepts behind the game.
Thunder Lotus Games announced yesterday that its Kickstarter campaign for Sundered closed yesterday at an impressive 808% funded. In total, Sundered’s campaign notably attracted twice as many backers and generated three times more funding than Thunder Lotus’ 2014 Jotun Kickstarter campaign. When it launched in mid-January, the crowd-funding campaign’s stated aim was to attract a solid core of dedicated fans to the project during its testing phase, maximizing actionable feedback for the action-horror game leading up to its release on PS4 in July.

Mindtaker is the newest and most ambitious project from Spanish developers, Relevo. It’s a exploration puzzle game that comes with an intriguing story with unexpected twists. The developers say that from the very beginning of the game, and throughout the development of the plot tension, uncertainty and claustrophobia are constantly increasing until the game reaches the final outcome. The game is also coming to PS VR, and the developers have been hosting private sessions of the game to the public over the last few weeks. One to watch out for!
