In five years, Pincho Factory has opened two restaurants with seven more spots to come.

The fast casual restaurant has seen steady success since its doors first opened on Nov. 10, 2010, opening a second location in Coral Gables and an outpost in the AmericanAirlines Arena this October. Five more restaurants are expected to open in the next two years, with Hialeah first in late 2015 and West Kendall, Pinecrest, Doral and Orlando in 2016.

To celebrate the five year milestone, co-owners and cousins Nedal Ahmad, Otto Othman and Nizar Ahmad will feature a new burger everyday this week, created by a different local chef each day.

“We’ve really created a name for ourselves with all the creativity we put in the menu,” co-owner Nedal Ahmad said. “We really wanted to celebrate in a way that celebrated not only Pincho Factory, but the way the culinary scene has changed here in South Florida. We wanted to invite a few people who’ve helped shape that culinary scene to be a part of it, as they were huge inspirations for what we do.”

The five chefs crafting the burgers this week are Sef Gonzalez, better known as the Burger Beast; the Local’s Phil Bryant; Pubbelly’s Jose Mendin; Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House Miami and EDGE Steak & Bar’s Aaron Brooks.

Co-owner Otto Othman explained he and the Ahmads selected chefs they not only knew, but respected tremendously: “These are guys that we look up to, that have been probably in the same path that we had with hardships and so we said ‘enough about us, let’s celebrate five
