We are a company of 100 trucks looking for a few experienced truck drivers. We have a very low turnover rate because of our attention to the drivers needs. The company you work for probably has 60 or 70 drivers assigned to each dispatcher. We have just 15 drivers assigned to each dispatcher. It goes without saying you will be known by name not by truck number. We also make it a point to give a driver 4 or 5 days at home as well as full benefits and life insurance. This is the company that drivers go to for the long haul.
