Prosperoware Milan customers Duane Morris, Drinker, Biddle & Reath, and White & Case comprise three of the four customer success stories being presented at the conference

Phildelphia, PA – May 11, 2016 – Prosperoware, a leading enterprise software company delivering innovative technology that transforms the business and practice of legal and professional services, today congratulates its customers Duane Morris, Drinker, Biddle & Reath, and White & Case, a remarkable three out of the four customer success stories being featured by iManage at their ConnectLive Conference in Chicago, May 11-12th. Each success story was powered by Milan iManage Add-ons, selected to optimize existing iManage environments and achieve diverse business critical goals: implementing and helping make successful matter centricity, substantially improving lawyer adoption of iManage, and enhancing information governance.

Prosperoware’s Milan iManage Add-ons set the industry standard for firms seeking to get the most from their iManage environments. Milan makes it easier and simpler for users to manage their workspaces, documents, and email while significantly reducing the burden on IT to support users’ daily workflow. As a result, Milan has been proven, time and again, to increase the adoption and simplify the administration of iManage and substantially improve information governance.

Attendees of iManage ConnectLive Chicago are encouraged to learn more about how Milan products provided the technology backbone for the successes at White & Case, Duane Morris, and Drinker, Biddle & Reath on these dates and times:

White & Case Matter Centricity Success Story: Wednesday, May 11th at 4:30 pm. On day one of the conference, join AmLaw top ten firm, White & Case, as the firm discusses its transition from a traditional decentralized, non-matter centric iManage design implemented over a decade ago, to a modern, matter centric environment. As the firm’s lawyers’ expectations for email management and mobility increased, the decision was made to adopt matter centricity.

Duane Morris MCC Refresh Success Story: Thursday, May 12th at 11:30am. On day two of the conference, attendees can join Prosperoware and Duane Morris LLP for a joint, educational session as Prosperoware Account Executive, Kay Poukey, interviews Joe Aurite, Application Integrator at Duane Morris.

Joe will discuss the specific challenges faced by the global law firm in regards to automatically cleaning-up cluttered workspaces and unused folders, streamlining onboarding and offboarding of laterals, and how the firm’s MCC Refresh project, powered by Milan, delivered the results that Duane Morris sought, which include:

25% improvement in user request resolution on the initial support call

Automatic reduction in workspace clutter, from 15 to 5 folders

75% Reduction in the production time for imports and exports

Broader adoption of iManage and the firm’s information governance strategy

Reduced costs associated with transferring client and matter files

Efficient, automated workspace creation and management for each client/matter

Drinker, Biddle & Reath MCC Refresh Success Story: Thursday, May 12th at 2:30 pm. At 2:30pm on Thursday, Prosperoware partner eSentio Technologies will present the MCC Refresh success for AmLaw 100 firm, Drinker, Biddle & Reath. Drinker Biddle & Reath initially implemented iManage in a matter-centric configuration in 2008; however, over the ensuing years, “the firm found it challenging to keep up with the latest versions and update how the system worked to keep pace with the changes in how its attorneys wanted to work,” Dan Carmel, CMO of iManage noted in a previous release here.

Leveraging the power of Prosperoware Milan, eSentio Technologies delivered a matter-centric refresh project that addressed user frustrations and enhanced information governance at the firm. The Milan platform, selected to replace another vendor’s legacy product, helped double system adoption, enhance the firm’s information governance, and reduce workspace clutter by 95%.

Sheetal Jain, CTO of Prosperoware comments, “Prosperoware is honored to see the success of our customers featured by iManage at their ConnectLive Users’ Conference in Chicago. We’re pleased that Milan has been instrumental to that success; even more so, we are delighted to have assisted these talented teams and their firms in achieving their business goals. We are looking forward to an excellent conference – and even more success stories.”
