Leasing office space has become more popular among businesses and entrepreneurs especially in today’s declining economy with professionals preferring the flexibility of office rental instead of high mortgage fees.

And with the concurrent increase in demand for leased office space, Cube Workspace has expanded its workspace offerings at its Foreshore, Cape Town branch, developing additional fully serviced office space on the 5th and 6th floors of the Icon Building.

Cube Workspace, with fully serviced office space in Cape Town and Gauteng, offers short- and long-term leases, tailored and customized to clients’ needs. The trendy and convenient work spaces include a receptionist answering the phone in your company name, stylish boardrooms, video conferencing technology, and internet and printer facilities, as well as access to an in-house cafe.

“As a result of the urgent demand for leased work space, we decided to expand our offering, and this gave us an opportunity to breathe life into old space,” says Cube Workspace MD Wayne Windell. The two additional floors offer exceptional views of Cape Town’s popular Long Street and of one of the most beautiful harbours in the world. And the expansive windows let in plenty of natural light, allowing for bright and airy interiors.

“When planning the interiors of the two new floors, we went with the current vintage-industrial trend, which has resulted in a practical, minimalist design while taking full advantage of the beautiful views,” says Cube Workspace CEO Anthony Manas. Carbon filament lighting adds to the industrial look and feel, while a natural colour palette has been used throughout, with the light and bright interiors complemented by pale wooden floors.

The new office space has offerings from as small as 10 m2 up to suites of 40 m2 and is now ready for occupation.
