The candidate needs to be a graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience preferably but not essentially in the real estate sector. Have an understanding of SEO marketing strategies, google analytics, copywriting, be able to turn leads into sales and be able to lead a sales & marketing team. Have a wish to get involved in the long term running of the business, needs to be a team player, great communicator and be 100% engaged with the product and services

Setup Google Search PPC campaign - Optimise landing pages, bids and ad copy to increase the Quality Score
Utilise online tools such as Crazy Egg, Mixpanel & Google Analytics for keyword analysis, competitor research etc.
Optimise the platform to improve conversions via A/B testing and data led decisions
Prepare client pitch’s and present to affiliates, strategic partners and potential clients
Be involved with high-level decision making, sales strategy, sponsorship programme, media presence, PR , Sales & marketing recruitment
