Billionaire Sheldon Adelson, head of Las Vegas Sands, require special laws to start the huge casino project Euro Vegas in the Madrid suburb of Alcorcon. Madrid Region Federation calls it the most important investment in Europe right now, but a boring Spanish parliament could ruin everything.

Madrid risk of losing its famous gambling and casino adventures, if not the Spanish government release the Spain strict smoking laws, saying the conservative president Madrid region, Ignacio González. He emphasizes in particular the construction of the Euro Vegas might mean if we managed to complete it.
