Crossings Republik

While rentals in a lot of popular localities in Ghaziabad are in the double digits Crossings Republik, offers rental homes in a modest budget and hence is a popular choice for those looking for affordable rental homes in Ghaziabad.

A joint venture by seven real estate groups, Ajnara Farms & Services, Assotech, Gaursons India, Mahagun Developers, Panchsheel Promotors, Paramount Residency and Supertech Limited, Crossings Republik is an integrated city project, situated on National Highway NH-24. The project is well planned and offers all modern day facilities with hospital, schools, malls, metro, hotel, banks, post office, police station, fire station etc. in the vicinity. Being situated in NH-24, Crossings Republik is easily accessible to key commercial areas. Additionally while all of Ghaziabad faces traffic congestion, Crossing Republik has wider access to the expressways and highways and has comparatively less traffic.

Indirapuram

Indirapuram is a relatively new neighbourhood that is one of the most well planned and preferred rental localities in Ghaziabad. The demand here comes mostly from working professionals in the IT hub of Noida who prefer staying here due to the easy connectivity to Noida and Delhi.

Schools such as Indirapuram Public School, JKG International School, Delhi Public School, and Cambridge School along with good quality hospitals such as Fortis, Avantika Hospital, Scope Gopal Hospital, JS&S Multispeciality Medical and Diagnostic Centre have raised the demand for homes for families in the locality. With infrastructure provisions in close proximity, this is one of the most resident friendly areas in NCR.

Keeping up with this demand for flats in Indirapuram, many leading developers such as Amrapali Group, Jaipuria Group, Niho Constructions, and Arihant Builders have projects here.

Kaushambhi

Kaushambhi is well connected to Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida through the Metro rail network and hence has been attracting home buyers and investors. Professionals working around these areas are often unable to afford a homes in nearby neighbourhoods and hence Kaushambhi is witnessing great residential and rental demand.

Kaushambhi also has a number of malls such as Shipra mall, East Delhi mall, MMX mall and cinema screens. Hence is called the most urbanised locality in Ghaziabad. Apart from this, there are renowned schools and healthcare facilities across Kaushambhi.

Vaishali

The localities in Vaishali that are closer to the metro line have not only registered a steep rise in capital values, but even rental values are fast rising due to proximity to Noida-Greater Noida and Metro connectivity.
