This is actually addition of block recently launched of Bahria Golf City. They are offering 500 ,1000, 2000 square yards of residential plots and also luxury home. So i suggest overseas Pakistanis why u will pay more money because the 1 kanal or 500 square yards of 1 kanal launched at the price of 8500000 ( eighty five lac) and in overseas block launched at the price 98,000 US$ that means you will spend almost 1300000 ( thirteen lac ) more and in return will get same feautre like other block. the only feature you can get location in particular golf city project may bahria town will allot good location. the is the only advantage you can get.
Well, now come to the positive point actually bahria town will always suitable for those take these type of project for the maturity purpose. and they will must deliver you what they commit. but for those interested in trading in files earns profit one day and can get loss another day due to speculation of bahria town , dealers and other factors. Well i suggest you only those should go for this overseas bahria town golf city having holding power and for the purpose of maturity.
