Citi PayLite Free House of Wagyu Steak Set Promotion Terms and Conditions
The Citi PayLite Free House of Wagyu Steak Set Promotion (referred to as “Promo”) will run from July 15 to October 31, 2016.
The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines, are active and in good credit standing with available credit lines.
A Cardholder who uses his/her Citi Card for a single-receipt Citi PayLite Installment Plan transaction worth at least Php 25,000 at any accredited Citi PayLite merchant within the promo period (“Qualified Transaction”) shall be entitled to receive one of the Free Gifts below:

Qualified Cardholders can redeem the Free Gift starting July 15, 2016 until January 17, 2017. Redemptions will no longer be allowed after January 17, 2017.
To redeem the Free Gift, the Cardholder must do the following:
Step 1: The Cardholder must logon to Citibank Online (www.citibank.com.ph) to get his/her unique PayLite Redemption ID. This can be found on the upper portion of post-login page: “Free Steak Set Menu Citi PayLite Promo”. The same PayLite Redemption ID may be used each time a Cardholder with a Qualified Transaction redeems a Free Gift during the Promo Period.
For Cardholders with existing Citibank online account: He/She must login to his/her account and take note of the PayLite Redemption ID.
For Cardholders who do not have existing Citibank online accounts: He/She must register to create an account, and once registration is completed, take note of the PayLite Redemption ID.
Step 2: The Cardholder must call the “Redemption Merchant” outlet where he/she wishes to redeem and provide the following details:
The PayLite Redemption ID from the Cardholder’s Citibank Online Account;
The details on the charge slip/s of the Qualified Transaction/s (referred to as “Transaction Details”): Last 4 Digits of the Card, Transaction Amount, Transaction Date, 6-Digit Transaction Approval Code, “Customer Copy” Indication, and PayLite Transaction Indication (worded as “IPP Sale,” “PayLite Installment Plan Contract,” or “Installment”.). The Redemption Merchant representative will verify the details provided by the Cardholder for validation.
Once validated, the Cardholder must provide the date and time of redemption. If the Cardholder will be dining with companions, provide the head count as well.

Step 3: Upon redemption, the Cardholder must present his/her Citi Card and surrender the valid original charge slip (Customer’s copy) of the qualifying PayLite transaction to the Redemption Merchant Frontliner (referred to as “Frontliner”). The last 4 digits on the Citi Card must match the last 4 digits indicated on the charge slip. Duplicate and/or faded/illegible copies of the charge slip will not be accepted for redemption.
The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent, invalid or to result from splitting of transactions, Citibank shall have the right to charge the cost of the Free Gift to his/her Citi Card.
Upon redemption, the Frontliner shall validate the Citi Card against the charge slip presented. The credit card details in the charge slip should match with the Citi Card presented.
The charge slip must be in good condition, i.e. all the Transaction Details must be legible, in order for the Frontliner to verify the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo.
Citibank and the PayLite merchant where the qualifying transaction was made shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slips that are lost or stolen, or those that are illegible or faded.
Only PayLite Installment Plan transactions with charge slips will be valid for redemption. Straight retail transactions, foreign currency transactions, auto-charge transactions (e.g. auto-debit facilities for utilities, telecommunications, insurance premiums, etc.), payments through Citibank Online, payments through Citimobile, internet-based purchases, Call for Cash transactions, Balance Conversion transactions, PayLite after Purchase transactions, Balance Transfer transactions, and Cash Advance transactions are excluded from the Promo. Citibank and the Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts or the Citi Statement of Account.
The Cardholder can only redeem one (1) Free Gift per qualified charge slip.
The Cardholder may designate an authorized representative to claim the Free Gift on his/her behalf, subject to providing the authorized representative with an authorization letter to claim the Free Gift. The authorized representative should present his/her valid government-issued I.D. and the Cardholder’s Citi Card and surrender the valid original bank charge slip (Customer’s copy) and the authorization letter to the Frontliner. Redemptions will not be honored if the Cardholder or his/her authorized representative is unable to provide the Citi Card or if the relevant credit card details as these appear on the charge slip do not match with the Citi Card presented.
Splitting of a single transaction into several approvals is strictly not allowed. Any transaction that is determined to be the result of splitting will NOT qualify for the Free Gift. A split transaction is a purchase of a single item or is a single transaction, which is split into two or more credit card transactions at the same merchant in order to qualify for more than one Free Gift.
The Free Gift is not convertible to cash or credit. It may also not be exchanged with another product.
Any product dispute concerning the Free Gift of Merchant (referred to as Redemption Merchant) shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Redemption Merchant.
For any additional orders on top of the redemption of the Free Gift, regular dining charges will apply.
In case of dispute in respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by Citibank at its sole discretion.
Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promotion, or the redemption of the Free Gift may result in forfeiture of the Free Gift, the charging to the Cardholder’s Citi Card account of the cost of the Gift item, and/or the termination of the Citi Card and its privileges, at Citibank’s discretion. This forfeiture, charging and/or termination shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
Cardholders who participate in this Promo authorize Citibank to give the necessary personal and other information of the Cardholders to the Merchant or Citibank’s contractor or agent to perform or fulfill the redemption process of the Free Gift.
Citibank and the Merchant shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any lost or stolen Free Gift.
All PayLite purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement, including the terms related to the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan. The complete terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement may be viewed at www.citibank.com.ph.
